Briiiiiiiing!!

Finally. The last day of school is finally over. I quickly gather my stuff and throw a goodbye over my shoulder to the teacher, Mr. Brinager. Stopping at my locker, I wait for my friends to join me for the ride home.

“Storm!” I hear my named screamed, and turn laughing as my best friend, Cookie, runs through the hall. Everyone moves out of her way as she makes her way towards me. “It’s summer!”

“I know Cookie, shh!” I giggled once she got to me. Cookie’s crazy but that’s why she’s my best friend, she makes me forget anything that could possibly get me down. We are also complete opposites, where she’s loud and obnoxious, I’m shy and reserved.

“Hey guys!” I turn away from Cookie to see Jordan and Kristina waving by the doors to the parking lot. Cookie and I gather our stuff and follow them out to Jordan’s car. When we get to her convertible, we all pile in.

“Let’s get this summer started!” Cookie yelled out of the top and the rest of us laughed and cheered, as we pulled out of the school parking lot.
