Texting (Paddy x Female reader)

Paddy pov:

Everyone finally stopped talking about y/n and me, but it got me thinking, do I like her, no I can't I barely met her, right? I should probably stop thinking about that, plus I have a big announcement to make. We all sat down at the table, my mom gave us homemade pizza, it is so good. We all started eating, and the compliments soon came in,

"This is so good, Nicki" Zendaya Mentioned

"Thanks, probably the best pizza I have ever tried" Harrison continued 

"Yeah thanks, mom" I decided to continue, and the compliments went on 

We all finished our pizzas and our drinks, "thank you again, can I say it now?" I whispered to my mom's ear, sitting next to me, "Of course, sweetie" she whispered back, " Guys, Paddy has something to say, I personally don't know what to say or what he wants to say so paddy, will you continue?" Mom said louder to everyone, I soon got butterflies in my stomach, but I have nothing to worry about, I think.

" So we all know about, tom, how he became an actor and all, well he is my oldest brother, also someone I look up to, and I was wanting for a very long time to follow that lead, you are someone everyone can look up too, and wanted to ask your opinions in me, auditioning for a lead in this new show, that they offered me" I went on to continue, I did not know what everyone was going to say, they stayed silent for a bit.

"Really, that's amazing, you should definitely audition, paddy, we can all help you," Tom said amazed. 

"Yeah I agree, you would do great" Zendaya mentioned

"I know a bit because of tom, but I could still help," Harry said stunned,

" We will help you throughout the way, sweetie," mom patted me in the back softly 

" If that is what you want, of course!" - Dad and Sam went on

"You are going to be amazing," Harrison chuckled 

" So tell us, what is the movie about?" Tom asked

I felt worried, as tom said that, should I tell him the truth, I never wanted to steal his spotlight, and I hope by doing this I wouldn't, so I just said it

" Well actually I am playing in marvel" I blurted out

"No way, that is amazing!" Tom said, everyone nodded in agreement, I felt relieved, I sighed and went on

"So basically, you know about the teenage version of morgan stark, well I would be playing basically her mj"

" That is so cool, now I am definitely going to help you!" Zendaya giggled, as well as me right after.

" they are going to give me the script tomorrow if I want to do the audition"

" Well doesn't that mean, that you will have to be with Katherine Langford, she is toms age"

"Yeah, your right, she is 8 years older than me, but that is what an actor has to do, right? I mean tom had to kiss Laura" I said, they all nodded 

I felt happy and proud of myself that I said that to everyone, I would finally be able to chase the job of my dreams, that reminded me, I have to tell y/n, she will be proud as well, and really surprised and happy that she is talking to someone who will be in the marvel cast!

" Guys let's play monopoly!" Harrison whisper shouted  

"YESS!" Sam said as harry stood up and grabbed the monopoly from the counter

the rest of us just smiled and laughed of excitement, I grabbed my phone as I had a notification from y/n, but I had my notifications loud, so everyone heard, even sam stopped while preparing the monopoly

"Is it your girlfriend?" Sam asked, everyone else just chuckled 

"Ummm, what no, I thought you forgot about that," I said quickly 

"Your blushing"

"What no I am not"

"Look as much as I love teasing you, we have to play monopoly, tell her I said hi"

"ugh fine" I texted y/n hi back,

Y/N: hey

P: Hey, what are you doing?

Y: I am just out on a walk

P: I'm playing monopoly with my family

Y: Lucky, I can't play that much cause I am too competitive 

P: So is my whole family and me, well my friends are here too, but they are family to me as well so yh

Y: that's so sweet!

P: Well I gtg, I have something to tell you later!

Y: Same, well byee

P: Bye

Everyone played monopoly for about 2 hours they were some yelling as well, and some wtf moments, but after all we had so much fun, it was late so we decided to go to sleep, they were going to stay over, so we watched another movie to fall asleep, and the two love birds zendaya and tom ended up cuddling each other, I saw them and pointed at them too show the rest, they all said aww, and harry got his phone and took a picture of them, so did I and Sam, Harrison was still half asleep but put his hand out with his phone on his hand, I took it and also took a picture of them cuddling. We all fell asleep.
