Chapter 8

We relocated to a vintage coffee shop at the city center of Krabi. Tay's character is Tor who is a married man having an affair with Lin who is also married. Tor and Lin is high school sweethearts at nagkahiwalay lamang dahil sa kanilang mga magulang. They both married someone they don't love kaya't nang namatay ang kanilang mga magulang at nagkita sa kanilang high school reunion ay nabuo ulit ang pag-iibigan na naudlot ilang taon na ang lumipas.

They fled into Krabi to have a week of vacation. It was a week of secret love affair in Krabi, that is the plot.

"Vi, retouch!" Sigaw ni Mild sa isang gilid.

Her glam team was very fast. Ang lahat ng tao sa paligid ay may kanya-kanyang ginagawa. I double checked the scripts bago ito ibigay kay Ms. Dream, the script writer.

Nasa likod ako ng direktor upang mag-observe sa kanyang monitor. Everybody is settled and ready for action. Si Apple ay katabi na ngayon ni Ms. Pan dahil mayroon ito sa kanyang inutos.

The scene is papasok si Mild at Tay sa loob ng coffee shop and have a casual date para masulit ang kanilang isang linggong bakasyon.

Mild is clinging to Tay's arm as they happily enter the cafe . She's wearing a white puff hanging dress and a sling bag. Tay is wearing a trouser and a white hawaiian polo. His chest is showing because they unbottoned the upper part of his top.

They sat and ordered some food. They looked like a real couple, they complement each other. Walang dialogue, pure adlibs. But they need to have an impression that they are having fun and in love.

After the food was served, they started to flirt with each other. They are laughing and talking like they have their own world. Tay is taking pictures of Mild using a film camera, they are so sweet that everybody is watching intently while blushing.

"Ang cute nila ano? They looked in love! Siguro sila talaga in real life?" I heard the girl said to the girl beside her.

They are not in love. That is their job.

"True. Nakita ko 'yan kagabi magkausap doon sa dilim malapit sa villa nila. Kaya siguro late kanina si Ms. Mild. Baka may something!" they are whispering to each other like high schools.

Yes, she was rejected though.

I walked away from the two gossiping girls at tumabi kay Apple. I just focus my attention to what is happening in front. Pakiramdmam ko ay mas sariling utak ang mata ko, dahil kanina pa ako umiismid.

Sinusubuan ni Mild si Tay ng carrot cake at hinalikan niya ito sa lips. I looked away. I remember the time na sinubuan ako ni Tay ng carrot cake at ngayon ay nagpapasubo siya ng carrot cake sa iba.

I don't know what got to me pero hindi ko nakayanan at umalis ako. I went out at naglakad sa isang milktea shop across the cafe.

I sat there and ordered. Ang tanga ko, trabaho nila iyon, why would I be jealous?
