"Ladies and gentlemen your new CEO, Emilia Fernandez." The room descended into absolute chaos. The employees started to talk all at once causing their conversations to mix creating an extremely unpleasant sound.
"What?!" James' voice boomed across the room causing everyone to go quiet. I as everyone else stared at him as he jogged up the steps and unto the stage.
"What is the meaning of this the only new CEO is me not any Emilia!!" He yelled and grabbed Diego by his collar.
"Their isn't even an Emilia Fernandez here!" He screamed, he was so consumed by anger that he didn't even see that I was behind him.
He raise his fists to hit Edward before I spoke up. "Let him go or else things won't go too well for you."
He released Diego and abruptly turned around to see me.
"You little bitch, who the hell do you think you are?!" He all but screamed at me.
"Emilia Fernandez nice to meet you." I said through clenched teeth.
"This position should be mine I worked too hard for it to be handed down to-"
" If by working hard you mean lying, deceiving and stealing then you worked extra hard."
"W-what are you talking about?" He stuttered.
"Do you honestly think that we wouldn't notice the missing money?"
At my words his facade disappeared, a sinister grin stretched across his face." Roberto was stupid enough to trust me with his money it would have been a shame if I didn't take a few millions." He was dumb enough to not see when I took up a steel artifact that was on a table.
He stepped closer to me a I swung the metal bird at him. I watched as he slowly lost consciousness and fell to the floor.
Many of the employees stared at the man on the ground with surprise on his face others wore a look of relief. I'm guessing that he wasn't too favored here.
I took my phone and made a phone call. The employees watched as the authorities took James away from the room. What they didn't know was that they weren't authorities at all.
Taking the mic from Diego I walked to the middle of the stage.
"Sorry about that but he was betraying this company let this be a tiny example of what may happen if you do so, I won't harm you but you will face legal consequences. I expect all of you to be here on time and to perform your task accordingly. If not then you can walk out the door."
I looked around and no one left so I continued.
" You do your work and we will be fine but if you don't you will not like the person that I can be. I am happy to be working with you, and I am looking forward to see your potential. Now please get back to working"
I got down from the stage and walked towards Diego. " The girl at the reception, what's her name?"
"Her name is Maria."
I thanked him and walked over to where I saw Maria standing. "Excuse me Maria?" She turned around and immediately she started to rush an apology.
" You're fired Diego will give you two weeks pay and escort you off the property." I walked away from her as she desperately tried to explain herself.
I walked out the exit with Belle and Diego in tow.
"Nice speech." Belle commended causing me to chuckle.
