Take me to a place I have never been.
Somewhere the stars can be clearly seen.
I want to see them twinkle,
It’s what my heart desires.
Dance with me as it rains.
It gives me pleasure that I can’t explain.
I’m on cloud nine as we mingle,
And it’s what my heart desires.
Sing me the song of your soul.
The one that makes you sole.
Your voice makes me startle,
But it’s what my heart desires.
The brilliant shimmer of your eyes,
Effectively illuminates the lights.
The way it serenly sparkle,
Is surely what my heart desires.
