When we got home it was around dinner time. Olivia had slept all the way home so that ment she was a ball of energy again.
"What's for dinner"katy chuckled.
"Anything you want babe, why don't I grill out some chicken or something."
"Yeah that sounds great."

"Daddy can we swim tonight?" She said grinning.
"Yeah I would love that too kiddo" I said pulling into our driveway.
When we got out of the car katy undid her in the car seat and she ran to the door and waited for us to unlock it.
I unlocked it and we all walked inside. I put the keys down and went to unlock the back door and stepped outside. The grill was covered but I moved it over and uncovered it. It was relatively new, since I had got it for my birthday last year and we only used it once. I walked around the yard with moose by my side to check on things like our privacy fence and the water filter on the pool, and everything seemed great. Katy came out with a plate of seasoned meat 2 steak and 1 chicken. Olivia would probably only have a couple of the steak and chicken and katy could have some steak I would get my own. I put them on the grill and closed the top returning inside to change into my swim shorts.
"Daddy hurry up I want to night swim and I want you to come." She said with those big puppy dog eyes.
"I'm coming Olivia, give daddy a second I said grabbing a pair of shorts and putting them on. I opened the door and she squealed and grabbed my hand and led me downstairs to the pool.
I checked on the grill it still had a little while, and katy was on the phone in the kitchen.
"Ok the first thing we do is jump in." she said being serious.
"Have you ever been thrown in ?" I said smiling at her facial expression.
"No."
"Do you want to try it's pretty fun."
She hesitated for a moment before she finally said a quiet "Ok."
"Ok" I said "ready" 4, 3, 2, 1, and I picked her up and swung her into the pool.

Came back to the top and splashed around trying to swim. I jumped in the deep end off the diving board and swam to her picking her up and twirling her around. She giggled.
Katy came out and watched us for about an hour until she said the food was ready.
I got out and helped Olivia out of the pool and handed her a towel drying her off.
"Daddy."
"Yes?"
"I like it when you swim with me." she said shyly.
I picked her up and brought her close to my face and kissed her on the cheek. "I like swimmin with you too kiddo".

"Are you all dry yet?" Katy said waiting at the door.
"Yessssss!" Olivia yelled.
We all sat down at the table and I helped her cut her food.
"Olivia tell your dad about your play at school!" Katy said happily.
Olivia squirmed in her seat and sat up on her knees and rocked back and forward. "I'm a princess just like rapunzel and she's sooo cool."
"Wow that's awesome! Did you have to try out?" I asked.
"Yep".
"That's so awesome baby, I'm so so proud of you!" Katy gushed pulling Olivia onto her lap.
Olivia yawned and was soon asleep holding onto katy.
"Hey I'm going to go give her a bath and put her to bed but would you want to get in the hot tub after?" She said smiling.
"Yeah I would love that." I said finishing my food and putting everything in the sink.
She left and went upstairs with Olivia. I went outside and turned on the hot tub. My phone started to ring on the patio table so I got out grunting and picked it up.
"Hello?"
"Hi, john it's belle."
I was about to hang up until I hear her "don't Hangup!"
"What the hell do you want!" I said gritting my teeth.
Her voice became quiet. "Sam, he needs you to run an errand with him."
Just then katy came and sat down in the hot tub with me.
"Why would I do that?" I asked in a lighter tone of voice eyeing katy who was looking at the starry sky.
Then someone screamed, I think it was belle. There was a muffled sound then a deeper voice.
"Do you not value the lives of the people who are closest to you?" Sam said chuckling.
I was speechless on the phone.
"I do."
"Well then it looks like we have an appointment tomorrow at 4 at your old studio." then he hung up.

"Who was that?" Katy asked scooting over to me.
"Um, just a friend...I guess."
"You guess?" She said turning towards me.
"Yeah, Katy I have to keep everyone in this family safe."
"And your doing a great job."
"No, I'm not I'm failing." I said scratching my head.
"Why would you say that?"
"I used to know some bad people, now they want me to do things for them."
"Well then don't do them?"
"I wish it was that simple."
"You are the most frustrated man I have ever seen." she said softly.
I just looked into her eyes.
"You need to relax, it's not good for you to be so tense all the time. And it can't be good for your health either."

"I know."
"I don't know, I worry about you a lot though."
I took her hands in mine and kissed them.
"Don't worry about me."
She just gave me a small smile. "You know I can't not worry about my family, I love you too much, even when you get a little out of control I'm the one who gets to ring you in, or calm you down and I get it because I get you...Your my person."

"I love you"I said pulling her up onto my lap.
"I love you too."

(SAMs POV)

Boss, I just got off the phone with him. He's right where we want him.
I said looking at belle who now lies unconscious on the floor with blood seeping out of her body. She was so young.

I actually felt sad for this girl she stayed with me for a while I had really gotten to know her. She was choking on her own blood. She's alive!
I bent down and helped her sit up, and she looked at me with teary eyes.
"You going to be ok. I have you."
I took off my expensive suit jacket and laird it under her head and stood up to get my phone to call 911.
"Sam you better stop."my boss replied.
"Put the phone down."
"Boss she's so young she Doesn't need to die."
"No I think she does, he said walking over to us. She's too attached to john. I can't have someone ruining my plans to ruin him and to get back with my love." He said snickering.
"Is she still alive?" He asked me not even looking at her.
"Yes, if we called the ambulance she could make it."
"I have other arrangements don't worry Sam, you can leave now." He said sternly.
"Bu-"
"Leave. Now. Sam." He said pointing.
I left slowly hearing belles last and final screams.
"RUSSELL PLEASE- NO, I DONT WANT TO DI-"
Bang. Went his gun.
"SAM"! Russell my boss called.

"Yes boss?"
"Dispose of this girl, I don't want her rotting in my office." he said in a cheery tone waving his pistol around in the air like a child.
