After that horrific attempt at a sequel, and many other numerous things regarding this universe, I found an old one shot that centered around Zayn.
Zayn, the one I 100% wrote out of this and SWIR because I never felt a connection with him. And now in 2021 I'm realising HOW. DARE. I. I said everyone has their own story to tell and here I am not giving Zayn any chance because where could I possibly go with his character when I felt like he wasn't as important as Louis? Well, it's not going to be his uncle's butcher shop from that failed and useless sequel!
It's going to be set in the future. The boys are adults now...men (but they will always be The Boys to me) I won't waste my time and yours recycling my own story by retelling it. There will be reflection on those cringe days but it's inspired by the simple thought of "where would TWB Zayn be today"? and it's actually always been quite similar to where he truly is....
