That morning we started to walk out we as in atsushi, junichiro ,and me, junichiro used his ability on himself and atsushi while i walked to my next job it was already 2 or 3 in the afternoon so it wasn't normal for me to be out on a job i would normally be heading back to mine and ranpos shared apartment.
"hello y/n, its not likely to find you out at this time. are you on a job?" a elder woman i helped a while back asked with a kind smile
i stopped to look at her and smiled kindly my e/c eyes showing calmness, i started to walk towards her to talk to her
"yes i am actually this should be my last job today, oh yes i forgot i got these for you a little bit ago" i dug into my bag looking for a book that the elderly woman wanted a while back but couldn't find for a longest time
i found the book and handed it to her she took it suprised cause it was an older copy of the novel
"y/n how did you find this especially this old of a copy?" she took it and stared at it in disbelieve her hazel eyes showing appreciation.
"thank you so much y/n you really are a kind young woman aren't you?" she said with a smile on her lips
she said thank you again and walked away i started on my job again my job was a simple one but with me being hunted it would be harder
junichiro stopped using his ability and walked over with the kindest smile
"wow y/n you really are nice aren't you?". he said with a calm but happy tone
" i mean i try to a while back i wasn't the nicest but i grew to become the person i am now." i said cutting myself off before i said anything that might seem to deep into my past
"now lets continue on the job and junichiro stop using your ability for a little you look tired if we need to we can use my ability" i explain be fore beginning to walk again looking at my watch we where behind by 10 minutes
"oh shit... Junichiro, atsushi! we need to run we're late!" i yelled at the two boys as i started to run to the place i needed to be.
"WAIT Y/N!" the orange haired male yelled at me i then felt someone push me.
as soon as i felt that push i immediately using my ability i fell to the ground in my paused world. i got up from the road looking around everyone that was paused their faces filled with fear, surprise or worry i then looked at who pushed me i sat there in surprise hot tears started to stream down my face my e/c eyes filled with sorrow as my eyes set on a wound in atsushis side it was a bullet wound
"i'm gonna lose someone else again because of me being stupid and not being aware of my surroundings" i said to myself reaching my hand out to atsushi
as a reached my hand out to him touching him with full intent to bring him into my world as atsushi unfroze i caught him hugging him
"Atsushi you still alive?" i said with sorrow in my voice
"huh? y/n... you okay?" atsushi said trying to recover his voice breaking.
"yeah i am but are you?" i said looking back at him more with a stern voice.
"like always." atsushi said with a calm voice his purple and yellow eyes filled with kindness
"alright can you still fight?" i said letting him go my voice filled with determination
"yeah of course how many times have i been stabbed trough the heart or stomach?" he asked in a joking way
"yeah im still wondering how youre still alive through that" i murmured.
anyways i continued as i explained the fighting plan to him just to catch my mother. as i finished explaining atsushi immediately started jumping from building to building catching my mother which was in the frozen world still catching her and taking to the police fro them to handle
2 years later
i got a note at my desk i was worried enough but thought to read it

hope i didn't scare to much when i left before you i had some extra stuff to do so i had to leave early and everyone had a job so everyone's gone i'm sorry but the president did leave you a job so it should be there anyways at i guess 4:00 pm could you please come to the garden near the apartment, i hope to see you then anyways i got to get to a job now,

though i did get my job i wasnt all that happy i quickly finished it then left it was 3:40pm so i started to head to the garden near the apartment which was 15 minutes from where i was. i got there and waited he soon arrived he saw me and his face turned a light red
"oh well you're early..y/n" he studded looking away in embarrassment his beautiful emerald green eyes
then that moment came... he bent down on one knee pulled out a small velvet box and opened it inside the velvet box was a ring with what looked like a diamond ring and started to give his speech my eyes started to light up
"y/n, you've always been there for me and whenever i felt out of place or like i wasnt enough you always reminded me that i was enough and with that said i want to ask you this very important question and i mean this from the bottom of my heart." i stopped and took a breath his face was a red
"y/n l/n will you be mine forever and marry me?" he finally said it he looked at me i was crying at this point in time.
"YES! Of course i will!" i yelled crying with a huge smile hugging him tight
he gently grabbed my face and pressed his soft lips against mine as we kissed it was only a few seconds but it felt like a lifetime
that moment after pulling away i felt a sharp pain went through my body when i let go of ranpo and found a throwing knife in my side i quickly pulled the knife out and sniffed it
"poison... its Poison!" i yelled then looked at ranpo who this had happened to twice seeing his now new fiance fatally hurt he started to cry
he ended up calling yosano and she was able to get me to the hospital but there wasnt anything left to be done ranpo sat next to me for about a week when i ended up saying something unbelievable
"hey can you promise.. me something.. please?" i said with a shaky voice my once vibrant e/c eyes dull looking into his emerald green eyes
"of course anything." he said trying to be hopeful, a weak smile on his lips
"please find someone else that isnt in as much danger as me and love them make something of that life....promise me please" i said weakly my hand on the bed rail as my eyes close my hand falls onto the bed
"wait what.. wait! please! DONT LEAVE ME! Y/N!" he yelled for me to wake up.

ranpos p.o.v
i was now standing there crying my emerald eyes went dull i stopped being as cheerful as i was i started to enjoy sweets less but on the 12 of march i would eat tons of sweets at this stone that had a recognizable name on it the name on my was my wife to be.
i visited almost every day after work and every time there was a new person i never let them touch her desk or what was her desk. i will always leave some type of card or candy on that desk and i will clean it for her just so she can always have a nice place to keep her memories or to sit when she wants to visits
