ENDING NOTE: FACTS:
- simon is adopted and he's not really related to cora by blood or his parents in minnesota, but he loves them and they love him back - fiercely - and they don't really know his actual race. (he's half american, half irish).
- simon is indeed, a redhead and has blue-ish green-ish eyes. (he also has freckles literally all over his body).
- josh is also not wholly american.
- and yes, ofc, amy and cora are dating. (tbh i really love them - i ship them so hard).
- my favourite character in this one shot, surpringsly, is Drew - simon's co-worker. you don't know much about her ofc, but she's vv important in the long run, bc im thinking of making a story surrounding her.
- (i also love marlene, put those hands for those who love simon's brief encounter with marlene?)
- contratry to simon's slight dislikeness towards rachel, i also kind of love and hate her.
- josh really is so adorable and cute, ok. i love making my characters hot and cute and adorable. (and simon is quite freaking cute and hot, i mean have u pictured him properly in ur head - curly hair, freckles, ocean eyes, tall frame, and likes new york, small apartments, sweaters and coffee and socks - he's like, the future me i want to be, man)
- simon is kinsey six gay and josh is bisexual (simon is josh's first boyfriend, so basically josh turned bisexual for simon, omg).
- before writing it, i pictured simon as someone who looks a lot like josh - brown hair and stuff - but when i started it, i started thinking about him as a curly redhead, then i added the ocean eyes (at first i wanted it to be plain brown), and then i really didn't want him to have freckles just bc i feel like nearly all my characters have freckles, but then i kind of typed down that he has freckles ALL OVER HIS BODY SO THIS IS BASICALLY A PRIME EXAMPLE ON HOW MY CHARACTER'S CHOOSE THEIR OWN PATHS, LIVES, AND IDENTITIES, SEE ITS NOT ME - ITS THEM!
