This morning I have school of course I really don't feel like going . So much stuff happened yesterday I could write a book about it . But today's a new day which means an fresh start .
"Jayda hurry up and get dressed we gotta go ."
"Ma I can walk to school myself ." I said while putting my earrings on.
"No you can't . Hurry little girl ."
My momma don't think it's safe for me to walk to school by myself cause we live in Chicago . Even if I lived in the Suburbs she still wouldn't do it . It's bad out there too so I don't get the point honestly .
"Tay not even up and you rushing me !"
"Tay get up!" I yelled while throwing the pillow at him.
"Damn Jayda . What the fuck."
"Hurry up and get ready we got school ."
"Shit ." He said while checking his phone .
It's gon be my second day at Hyde Park and I'm ready to actually get out and meet people . I hate because of who my cousin is I can't talk to that many people because Tay thinks they'll set me or him up . I'm not in none of the shit they doing honestly . • "Move Jayda I gotta get in the bathroom!"

I hate sharing a bathroom with him . I'm glad I don't gotta live with him though. I packed my purse up and book bag and sat in the car . Tay was still getting ready .
"Boy hurry up! Moving all slow !" My momma said .
"Sorry TT. I'm excited for today."
"Not you being exited to sit in the office today." I said while looking in the mirror .
Tay hit my head . "Nigga!"
"I'm excited because it's a free day."
"Free day meansss?"
"No class . We got class we just chill . Plus I got some edibles."
"Boy ! I'm not picking you up if you get caught ."
"Them teachers take them too. They don't care . As long as they don't see us with them they fine ."
