I called my boyfriend, Jackson as I sat on the curb with my best friend Jo, it was only 11pm but we were quite intoxicated, it took a while for Jackson to pick up but he did,
'Hey Baby, Jackson I love you, where are you? you should come dance with my and Jo?'
I essentially shouted into the phone,
'baby it's only 11 are you drunk? where are you? I'll come pick you up! and Jo',
Jackson said in dazed but panicked state. Jo took my phone out of my hand and began speaking to Jackson,
'you better get here quickly jackie every dude wants a piece of your girl',
Jo said. Even though I was drunk I was able to realize what Jo said and it confused me considering we left the party and were sat on the curb. I heard Jackson yell through the phone,
'I'll be there in 2',
Jacksonsaid hanging up. I don't remember what happened but with a few minutes Jackson pulled to the curb we were sat on, with Alex as well. They both quickly got out of the car to find me comforting Jo crying, strangers were walking past and staring at us,
'what the hell happened? y/n are you okay? why is she crying?',
Jackson asked quite panicked, Alex looked confused,
'someone walked passed with a dog but the dog didn't pay any attention to her and well me but I can take it like a champ but Jo didn't know what rejection felt like until now',
I managed to say to the boys. Alex and Jackson both began to laugh, Jackson made his way over to me, I tried to stand up but couldn't get up so Jackson pulled me up and I fell into him. Alex tried to help Jo up but she really wasn't having it,
'Jackson help',
Alex pleaded. Jackson put me up against the car and quickly helped Alex with Jo putting her in the backseat, Jackson helped me into the backseat,
'I love you guys but y'all are really something when you're drunk',
Alex said laughing. They quickly got in the car and began to drive within a few minutes we stopped at Meredith's,
'this ain't me house',
I yelled in a horrible British accent. Jackson got out of the car and made his way to me opening the door,
'I know but your roommate will not be impressed with you or I if you show up at home drunk plus you essentially live here anyway',
Jackson explained.
'I'm sorry Jackson but thank you for everything not only this',
I slurred out,
'you can tell me all this in the morning when you aren't drunk',
