Peter had been fond of you for a very long time, but being socially awkward and far too frightened, had never actually spoken to you. He'd been frighten for a number of reasons really, one because you were Sirius's sister, two because he was nervous he'd stutter or be too shy, and three because he was terrified he'd accidentally end up blurting out his undying love for you. My, it was a struggle.
