Attacked...Again (Misaki's POV)

Today Asaki was going to take me to the mall to get some clothes. I was supposed to go with my brother too, but father kept him to go over plans for his stupid company.

"Are you ready to go mistress?" Asaki asked, coming into the room. I was sitting on the windowsill seat. I looked over at her and smiled.

"Yep. And Asaki. You don't have to call me mistress. We are friends. Even at my house, I didn't want the maids to call me anything professional. I'm not like that." I said walking over to her.

She gave a slight smile. But it disappeared as soon as it came. I shook my head and followed her out the door. We walked down to the greeting room and saw Vale standing there.

"I hope you both have a fun time at the mall. Stay safe and call me if anything goes wrong." Vale said, giving me a quick peck on the lips. I smiled at him and picked up my purse.

"I'll be fine. Don't worry. We'll see you when we get back." I said kissing his cheek and followed Asaki out to the limo.

I started to wonder. Why does Vale need a limo, when he works from home and hardly goes anywhere? I mean, I don't mind. The limo is comfortable. I'm not going to complain.

We got in and we were off to the mall. Ahh. Sweet. Sweet clothes here I come. Maybe since I don't live with my father anymore, I can dress the way I want. I had always wanted a punk rock style. Like the chains and the black.

"Mistress. We are here." I looked around and noticed we were in front of the city's biggest mall. Matrokey Mall.

"Great! Let's go!" I said jumping out the limo. People were staring at us. I mean a limo does attract attention, but it's not like we are superstars.

"First let's go to Hot Topic. I need to get some personal things. Then we can get the fancy stuff." Asaki nodded.

So we went to Hot topic first. I got some skinny jeans, and a leather jacket. Then we went to this store that only sells fancy clothes. Literally everything in there is expensive. The lowest priced item in that store is a hundred dollars. I don't really like the store, so I don't even know the name of it. Then again I don't really focus on store names.

"Mistress. Are you ready to head back?" Asaki asked. I nodded. We started walking back to the limo, and put the stuff in the back.

"Actually let's take a five minute walk through the park." I said taking Asaki's hand and leading her to the park that was next to the mall.

We were walking and talking. We had become close friends, even in a short amount of time. Even if she was a little closed off, she was a nice person.

We were headed back to the car, when I felt like someone was watching us.

"Come out! Whoever you are!" I yelled. Five men jumped out of the bushes with black outfits on. "Who are you?" I asked, backing up.

They didn't say anything but they started advancing towards us.

"Mistress! Please head back to the limo." Asaki said, getting into a fighting stance.

"No way am I leaving you here." I transformed into my vampire form, hoping that it would give me a little bit more power.

"Misaki Tasoro. Your life has a bounty on it, and we are going to claim it." One of the men stated, and jumped at me. I dodged, rolling to the side. 

I looked at them with glaring intensity. "Do you know who I am?! I am your future queen. How dare you attack my companion and I." I said trying to divert their intentions. I hated saying stuff like that. It made me sound like a stuck up rich girl. 

One of the men laughed. "Like we care. We don't work for the prince. All we want is the hundred million dollar price that's been stuck to your forehead." 

A bounty? From who...Oh wait. I think I know who. Ohh. The sneaky suofa-. A sharp pain brought me out of my thoughts. I looked down to see blood.

"That blade is a natural vampire blade. It has the power to kill any vampire." I looked up. I didn't have the energy to stay standing anymore.

Vale. I promised him, I'd be safe. So much for that. I can't believe I got attacked...again. Black dots appeared in my line of sight. Vale. Please save us.
