The medal that comes out of Nate's watch was a medal that has a picture of a red-colored hooded figure that holds a white staff. Nate puts the medal into the watch and the YSP Watch ver.k changes into a watch the has a purple outline which resembles the Yokai Watch Dream and a pink Y in the middle.
The transformation song starts playing and Nate twists the watch face and Haruhiko turns into a red aura that gets absorbed by Nate. As the bright aura fades off, Nate appears in a new hero form, the Yokai Master.
