This past spring on another site there was a writing challenge to write a story involving a 'Reluctant Princess.' I had an idea that put together that initially started off as a spoof of a well known book series that was turned into a movie. I think you'll agree by the end of the tale that it grew into its own tale. I do feel I should acknowledge the inspiration of Meg Cabot though, as well as a number of other princess movies/books I've read over the years!
This is a work meant to entirely be fun and fluffy. It is meant to be one of those popcorn and pajamas tales, not high level fantasy! I hope you enjoy it! (Special shoutout of thanks to Carla Ann for editing this for me!)
