Author POV:
Sunday ended very fast..Monday morning kids went to their school and zayyan went to his office.jannat was doing his household chores suddenly her phone pinged with notification.it was from rayyan 's school .the message said that rayyan notebooks are incomplete and he has not done his homework.after reading the message jannat got very angry because on Friday night she said her children to complete their work and rayyan said that he has already completed his work.jannat made a mental note of complaining about rayyan to his baba.
At 2:00 pm
Rayyan and sahir returned from their school.saahir was in his regular happy mood but rayyan was scared because he knows his.mumma will complian about him to his baba and his baba won't spare him because he not only left his homework incomplete but also lied to his mother .this is something his baba won't forgive easily so he is really scared
As soon as they entered inside saahir ran to hug his mother and rayyan was standing at the doorstep. he looked at his mother and by her face he could guess that his mother is very angry.
Jannat:saahir go and change bacha
Saahir:okay
(Ran to his room)
Jannat glare at his elder son.as soon as rayyan eyes meet with his mother glare he immediately looked down being scared.jannat came toward hum and held his ears and twisted it lightly.rayyan eyes were full of tears now.
Jannat(angrily): how dare you lie to me??
I think you really need a good beating from your Baba(jannat left his ears and he started rubbing it)
Rayyan(cried): sorry mumma I won't repeat this mistake again.please don't complain to baba.he will get angry last time also he warned me not to lie to you..please mumma sorry please
Jannat heart melt hearing his plead but she is aware that he will repeat again the same thing so she put a stern face again
Jannat:quiet now.i don't want to hear a single word from you.go.to your room and change your uniform and then come for lunch.
(Rayyan went to his room silently.because he knows that arguing will lead him into more trouble)
In was evening 7 pm .full day jannat was giving silent treatment to rayyan.right now rayyan was sitting on his bed and completing his works.the door bell rang.rayyan knew that it must be his baba .
Jannat POV:
The door bell rang.
It must be zayyan(I thought)
Before I could open saahir ran to the door and open it.there my husband was standing.
Saahir:Salam baba(happily)
Zayyan:Salam Mera bacha
(Zayyan picked him up in his arms and kissed his forehead)
Saahir:baba apko pata hain aaj mumma ne bhai ko itna saara gusssa kiye?
Zayyan :kyu ?
Saahir:pata nhi..ab aap muje neeche utaaro mujhe tv dekhne jaana hain
(Saahir ran to the drawing room)
I gave him a glass of water and he asked me about inaara
Jannat :woh so rahi h aaj dopher mein khel rhi thi na toh thak gyi thi isliye!
Zayyan: okay...rayyan kahan hain
Room mein hain,i replied
Zayyan:kya Kiya hain usne ab??
I told him everything,after listening to me he got angry.i knew this he would be really angry but what can I do?? I can't save Rayyan every time this way he will be spoiled
Zayyan:call him(angrily)
"First you get fresh then talk to him" ,i said
Zayyan:fine
( He went to our room)
(I thought,"today this is gone")
After 15 mins I also went to the room and saw zayyan coming out of the bathroom after taking a shower.
Zayyan:call him here
I said,"zai please don't be harsh"
Zayyan nodded and I left the room to call rayyan.

Author POV
Jannat went to rayyan room to call him when she entered she saw that raayan was sitting on the bed and completing his homework.he went near him and called his name out.rayyan looked at her with his innocent eyes which always melt her heart.
Rayyan: yes mumma???
Jannat:your Baba is calling you in the room
Raayan eyes became teary after listening to his mother.jannat sigh and took him in his arms and said
Jannat:don't cry.you did a mistake so don't you think you deserve a punishment???(Asked politely)
Rayyan nodded his head
Jannat:come now and don't argue when your Baba says something okay???
Rayyan:okay(sadly with teary eyes)
Jannat:go now I am coming in few minutes
Rayyan:no you also come with me(cried)
Jannat:don't cry Mera bacha..okay come,let's go
On the way to their room jannat told saahir to off the tv and study..
