His face turned pale as his forehead began to precipitate. Still, he refused to budge. “Are you doubting me? How could I do such a thing!”
Li Jianyu said coldly: “If you admit it, I won’t pursue legal action.”
He wanted to give Xiao Liang one last chance.
But Xiao Liang thought he was bluffing. It was just a short video, right? How could this possibly involve legal investigation?
Besides, he had cleared his chat history, and the bank account he used to accept the money belonged to a distant relative. To him, he had flawlessly finished the task with no trace!
“I didn’t do it! I swear! Otherwise, let me get hit by a car on the way out!” Xiao Liang cursed.
Several members of the staff who were close to him spoke on his behalf.

“The video was recorded at five o’clock this morning and was posted to the gossip forum at seven o’clock. At that time, most of the crew were still asleep. Dr. Xiang has coded a small program that captures signals of the equipment using the wireless network in the area.”
“It came from your phone.”
Xiao Liang’s expression instantly changed. He had habitually connected to the Wi-Fi; he couldn’t have imagined this could be used as proof!
Quickly, he retorted: “I, I just woke up early and played on my phone for a while! That’s it! Someone else could have sent the video!”
Li Jianyu: “How long are you going to be stubborn for! Dr. Xiang has traced the source of the video which was sent directly from your device!”
“Then, then someone else could have taken my phone and sent it from there…”
Xiao Liang’s words were full of loopholes, and the staff who had just spoken on his behalf felt a chill in their chest.
Seeing this, Xiao Liang finally caved. “So what if I did it! Why aren’t you blaming Xiang Yi for trying to seduce Shi Sui? Why are you blaming me?”
Li Jianyu was furious he wanted to vomit blood. “You think you’re in the right for infringing upon other people’s privacy?!”
“If she kept her private life private, I wouldn’t have caught the film, right?!” Xiao Liang said plausibly. “Overall, it’s her fault to begin with…”
