I'm not giving up. I'm not letting this drag me down somewhere I don't want to go. I made my choice, I chose my people. Not love, not that meant-to-be bullshit and not even the moon goddess are going to make me change my mind. Period. Damn straight.
You see, I'm an Alpha. Yeah, the werewolf kind. And I'm a female —awesome, I know—, reason why I am constantly underestimated. I don't really care, though, I'm a pretty good Alpha and I most certainly know how to use my authority.
Problem? I found my mate. Shit.
And it's an Alpha, too. Double shit, right? But that isn't even the worst part of it. His pack is mine's diaper enemy. No, really, both packs have a lot of history which made us the ultimate motherfucking worst enemies ever. Hatred doesn't even start to cover what we feel for each other.
So while this Alpha guy I'm supposed to have children with and a happily ever after tries to seduce me and make me fall for him, I'm viciously struggling with my wolf instincts that insist on giving in —yeah, I know, my wolf is a bitch who gets wet every time he puts his eyes on me. Let me tell you, this isn't easy.
But, bitch, I'm a fucking Alpha, and I'm most definitely not letting myself fall for him.
Right?
RIGHT?
Oh, fuck.
WARNING: English is NOT my first language, so if you find any spelling mistakes, feel free to tell me. Hope you enjoy it.
He has two kids that are his world. His Alpha just sent him to another pack as part of a deal. There are now two men that want to be a part of his world. But can he choose between the man who seems to be a dream come true, and the man who took him from the only home his children knew?
Excerpt:
"It's nice to meet you sir." I say quietly. "Alpha I'm going to start work, did you need anything before I did?" I ask hoping I can get out of this room. I didn't know why they were talking about me but I was sure it wasn't good.
"Yes. I'm sure you recognized his name." Alpha says. I just nod in reply. Alpha Andrews was alpha of a nearby pack that had been wanting a treaty with us. A treaty covered a lot of things. It just depended on the two packs. A little fear tickled my brain. It was not unusual to give Omega's as part of a treaty. It was also not unusual to keep their kids when you sent the Omega to another pack.
"Your alpha and I have joined in a business venture with a pack angle. I have land I want to build on, he has the ability to actually build. With this venture we'll both gain a lot. But we want to make an agreement, you know that if a pack mates inside the lines too much they can eventually start inbreeding. We'll make a treaty of mating. A few years of that and the two packs will be stronger and with the build we'll be financially well off." I nod and swallow.
"Yes, I've heard of treaties like that."
"You are going to be the first we send to his pack." Fear runs through me. My kids?
