You've probably heard the term 'unstructured interview' before. What does it mean exactly? How should you prepare for it? Learn more: https://blog.hirenest.com/structured-vs-unstructured-interview/
Unstructured interviews are often used by recruiters or hiring managers who want to get a better understanding of candidates. They ask questions without giving them much guidance beforehand.

This type of interview is usually conducted over the phone or via video chat. The interviewer asks open-ended questions and lets the candidate talk freely. This method allows the recruiter to see how well they communicate and interact with other people.
In this article we will discuss some tips to help you ace unstructured interviews.
It's important to note that most companies don't conduct unstructured interviews anymore because they find them too inefficient. Instead, they prefer structured interviews where they give you specific instructions and guidelines ahead of time. These types of interviews tend to be less stressful and allow you to focus more on answering the question than thinking about what to say next.
The best way to prepare for an unstructured interview is to practice at home. Try asking yourself questions like "What would I do if I were interviewing someone?" or "How could I improve my communication skills?". Then try talking through each scenario with a friend or family member.
If you're looking for a job, then you'll likely face many different kinds of interviews. Some employers may invite you to come into the office for a one-on-one conversation; others might send you an email inviting you to apply online. Others still may require you to fill out a form and submit it along with a resume.

MATURE CONTENT, +18 ONLY When Andy starts a complex and steamy love affair with her new boss, she discovers there's more to his arrogant facade than she originally thought. ⸻ Andrea "Andy" Walker has landed her dream job at Kelex, a company she's admired for years. Her new colleagues have welcomed her with open arms, including the charming and sweet Oliver. But her infuriatingly attractive boss isn't so welcoming. Alexander "Lex" Coleman seems determined to drive her crazy. Despite her best efforts to resist him, Andy finds herself increasingly drawn to Lex's good looks and razor-sharp mind. As the tension between them heats up and their working relationship becomes more complicated, the line between personal and professional blurs. Can she have it all, or will she have to choose between her career and the man she can't resist? ⸻ "I'm telling you," I insist while he gets something from his nightstand. "I'm good. We effectively fucked you out of my system." "Great." He's back with a condom, and he's getting hard again. I'm not well-versed in men's anatomy, but it isn't something that should be already happening, right? I'm still not over it when he puts on the protection, throwing the empty package on the floor. Stunned, I don't protest or resist when he flips me around like a ragdoll, and it's only when I'm on all fours before him, my knees on the edge of the bed, that I understand what he wants. "Wait, I need a brea--" My complaints die in my throat as he pushes himself inside me with a slow but implacable thrust. Then comes the wet touch of his tongue, drawing a burning line in the hollow crest of my spine between my shoulder blades. He nuzzles his way up until his mouth is an inch from my ear. "Now, we're fucking you out of my system," he threateningly mutters. Oh, God... ⸻ This is a rewritten version with a better pace and fewer mistakes. You can find the full-length story on my profile.

There was a few important rules to follow in the line of work he did. Rule 1- Go there and do your job. Rule 2- Don't waste time. You're on a schedule so don't go a minute under and definitely don't go a minute over. Rule 3- While performing your job, don't call the person by first name. Keep it professional. Rule 4-Don't initiate a kiss or any other act of intimacy. and lastly, there was rule five. Don't get attatched. Simple enough. That rule was put in place so the worker's don't get heartbroken, but what happens when a less than normal client makes an offer that a worker simply can't deny? . . . . No strings attached? That phrase sounded like some type of test drive, or cheap return policy many stores had if an item wasn't to your liking. To be asked if he wanted to enter a relationship like that was a bit unprofessional, but the money he could earn was anything but. With a confused gleam in his eyes, he questioned further. "What do you mean by that?" "I want you to enter a no strings attached relationship with me. I figure this is your only line of work, so I'll still pay you for every encounter we have, but think of it more as a date- "So you want to be fuck buddies?" The elder man chuckled deeply. This guy was too blunt, but admittedly he liked that. "Yes, but it's going to be a little different. I want you to quit your job and only see me. I want to be the only one using you." "I make a lot of money at my job. I can't just quit- "How much do you make?" "Huh?" "How much money do you earn?" "...it depends, but usually it averages out to about three thousand flat." "I'll pay you that every time I call upon you, or however much you see fit. I'll even give you a weekly allowance. So what do you say? Wanna be fuck buddies?" A searing blush made it's way up the worker's face, but despite his embarrassment, he nodded. That one simple gesture sealed his fate. Book 1 of 2 Book 2 "Terms and conditions" is now out and ongoing.

It is rightly said and often proved by the proverb, man proposes and God disposes. What happens when everything seems to go well and a day arises in your life that within a heartbeat the fate comes crashing down at your feet turning your destiny to an utter catastrophe? What happens when the only girl you LOVE in this world and next starts to HATE you for an action you aren't even responsible for and you can do nothing about it except to keep your hands folded? What happens when you lose everything in your life including your family within a matter of seconds just because of a single ignorant move? It just cost me a blink of an eye and my life gyrated into bits and pieces because of a dopey move under the influence of sedation and sex. I am Shannon Clandevis, CEO of Clandevis Group of Industries, one of the top billionaires of the United States. People seek me with praising annotations but they are ignorant about an important veracity. I am a love struck bovine with a vacuous soul and secrets buried deep under the ground.
