On October 1st 1989 43 children were born now what was different about these children is that the mothers who had prior to giving birth to these children hard not been pregnant when they woke up. Fascinated by this phenomenon world renounced billionaire Sir Reginald Hargreeves decides to set out and adopt all of these children- He got eight of them  (you know the rest) 

One of these children was Elizabeth Hargreeves and her twin brother klaus of course. Elizabeth loved her adoptive family unconditionally she would do anything for them. Especially number 5

Five angry and wishing to prove himself travels in time alone into the future until he reaches a point in time which shocks him. The world had been destroyed. Five was alone with only Dolores the mannequin, until the Commission offered him a deal he couldn't pass up. Instead of making her immortal, it made her "stuck" in a way. She simply did not age, she was stuck in the body of her 13-year-old self.
