A young boy, being a powerful demon, escapes his past to meet a hybrid on the run from passing merchants. He takes her in because he felt bad, not like demons were meant to feel bad though. It was odd, whenever he was around her, he'd get goose bumps and begin breathing heavily at the sight of her, or even as little as small blushes or stares. He saw her as alive and beautiful, but she saw herself dead and beyond ugly.

Young, devoted, and kind, that's just the type of hybrid she was. But that was before the merchants took her and her family away. She ran away, hoping to find civilisation to heal her, but all that came out of it was stolen glances and heavy insults. She was almost driven insane if it were for those people, but alas, someone was there to aide her. A young Holy Knight, he was very experienced, and he took her in. He was indeed handsome, he was the kindest man you could ever meet, well, most times. But after everything, he was practically her dream guy-but she knew she had no chance. If he did love her back, then he wouldn't keep secrets from her.
