Before Sahara there's another story to tell. It's the story of a city that was plummeted into chaos. The origin of the crews, of the creed, and most of all, the beginnings of the most powerful crew of all - the Phantoms and their Omega.

Before the Falcons came to exist, the two liveliest members went through ups and downs of their own. With the same hair, same eyes, and same face, Arden and Reagan had to learn how to live with each other in times when it felt like the whole world was against them. Before they found their real family, they needed to discover what family meant to them first.

As Regona City slowly gets back on its feet, it seems to face peaceful days. For the crews, peace brings boredom, and thus the racing life resumes. Though almost all Omega positions are now more ones of honor rather than power, many still want to climb the ladder. And as the saying goes, the greatest conflict usually comes from within. When Sahara and Terrell return, crews grow restless and trouble brews, and behind it all lurks a new monster in the shadows.

The Falcons are ready to go, and they want it all. Sahara finds herself with more than she bargained for when her crew's bluff calls on the unwanted attention of boarders throughout the city - inlcuding the Omegas. As secrets are revealed and new paths are discovered, Sahara can't help but remember Terrell's constant warning: Don't trust anyone. But does that include him?

A new crew is rising in Regona. With it comes two choices, pledge allegiance or face devastation. Noctorious isn't here to play by any of the rules, they're here to win. Old powers fall but one crew remains untouched - the Falcons. As accusing eyes turn to the Phantom omega, questions arise. What exactly is Noctorious' goal? And what is Terrell's involvement? A new challenge is here, and Sahara finds the pillar she always looked up to is either under attack or not the person she thought. This time, it might be her turn to step in and help the Phantom.
