Told of Fairies from the time she was a young girl, Jeanne is eager to see one under the Fairy tree in Domremy, but her friend Louis, ever the skeptic, tries to persuade her not to be 'so foolish'. But, when one does appear to her and gives her a mission from the Gods, both Jeanne and Louis need to decide whether to heed the call. As they struggle with this, Jean, the Duke of Alencon, and his Canadian allies march to Orleans to relieve the English siege, his path, though he does not know it, bound with the two friends.
