Nahulog ko ang hawak kong card dahil sa nabasa kong post it notes na nakadikit sa loob ng library ko sa loob ng kwarto. Kakalinis ko palang sa library na 'to yesterday and I am certain na wala akong tinira ni isang papel na pakalat-kalat sa loob. Now, bakit meron nito dito? May nakapasok ba? But it's impossible.
Then it struck me that I was being surrounded by unknown creatures. Baka sila na naman ang may kagagawan nito. But what does this letter mean? I mourn for nothing?
Mabilis kong kinuha ang sulat at pinipiraso-raso ito. I don't know but I have this feeling that the letter is somehow connected to my identity.
Was my life a pretty lie then? But how?
Biglang sumakit ang ulo ko at umikot ang paningin ko sa hindi malamang kadahilanan. Mabilis na sinirado ko ang pintuan ng library at kaagad na ibinagsak ang sarili sa kama. Baka kapag itulog ko lang 'to mawawala ang sakit ng ulo ko.
Nagising ako ng makaramdam ng marahang pag-uga kasabay ng isang napakasangsang na amoy na talagang nakapagmulat saakin. I was being carried someone with mask on but I am sure that this is not El Rey!
“What are you doing?” diretso kong tanong rito but instead of answering me ay hindi parin ako nito sinagot at hindi man lang ako binitawan.
“Let me go! Fuck off!” I started to hissed but unexpectedly ay mabilis na binitawan niya ako dahilan para bumagsak ako sa isang maputik na lupa. Fuck. Muntik pa akong makahapunan ng putik.
Takte naman! I gasp for air at laking gulat ko na isang maugat na kamay ang sumalubong saakin at sinakal ako. Maliliksi ang kilos niya at marahas na sinandal ako sa puno at ramdam ko ang pagtagos ng matulis na bagay sa bandang may tiyan ko.
I winced in pain. “What the fuck!” I whispered as I felt the pain excruciated.
“How dare you disregard my letter.”
Hindi ko alam kung saan ko nakuha ang tawang ginagawa ko ngayon. Fuck. This maybe sounds so crazy because I'm in the middle of life and death again and here I am laughing my ass off.
“Shut laughing the fuck up bitch!”
“What do you mean, that poor letter of yours?” mas lalong dininiin nito ang ang katawan ko sa puno and I let out a loud groan.
“Fuck you! I'm ready to die anytime but let me have my revenge on you first.” mabilis na sinipa ko siya pero napaatras lang siya sa kabila ng malakas kong sipa. I looked at him with wide eyes. What the fuck. Tikbalang ba 'to?
Diyos ko baka nananaginip lang ako tapos may gumambala saaking tikbalang sa gitna ng pagtulog ko dahil malay ko baka nagustuhan niya ang kama ko.
Nagsign of a cross ako at ininda ang sakit ng tiyan ko.
“Tabi, tabi po. Patawad po kung may nagambala man ako.” I know I'm doing some stupid things but who knows if this one works. Wala namang masama na sumubok diba?
“Stupid bitch,” the unknown creature commented.
Nanghihina na ako but I can still fought back but I'm too slow to make a move. If I only have supernatural powers to use I maybe able to win against him but here I am right now, being stupid thinking about me having supernatural powers. I'm being brainless again.
He made his way back to my own direction. I coughed and coughed again.
“Still fighting little girl? Better end your life right now to end your agony.”
I glared at him. “How dare you decide what's good for me you demon,”
Napahalakhak siya. May inilabas siyang isang di gaano kahabang kutsilyo and aside from the other knife parang may kakaiba sa kutsilyong 'yun.

“Who the fuck is that King you're talking about you son of a bitch!” naiinis ko ng saad. I know I'm losing too much blood and seems like my blood angers him more because his eyes reddened. Is this one a freaking addict?
As of this moment, I am able to see his claw and that made me took step a little.
“Your blood is addicting and somehow familiar. But before I eat the whole of you and buried your useless body into the depths of hell. You should feel his wrath first,” when his cloak falls, bigla akong kinilabutan ng makita ang mabangis na pangangatawan nito.
Before his claw touches my bare skin, someone protected me with her strong arms and face the demon.
“Before you'll lay your filthy hands on her again, you'll pass at us first,” it was a very dangerous voice that made me look at her with serious face.
It's Aria. The annoying bitch who loves to annoy people is now protecting me.
Napatingin ako sa may likod at doon ko napagtanto na pinapalibutan pala nila ako.
Napatingin muli ako sa demonyo ng tumawa siya. “I see.. Schatten reunites again, interesting.”
I heard Hawk Lioncourt snorted. “Interesting my ass..”
I almost chuckled of what I've heard but the pain started to eat my conciousness. I started to blink couple of times. I don't wanna miss this kind of action in my entire life. Paminsan-minsan lang 'to kaya gusto ko sanang lubos-lubusin na.
Pinatunog ng demonyo ang mga kamao niya. “It's not yet christmas but I like the thought of the more I kill, the merrier I could be.” nakangisi pang anas niya.
“Not in the Schatten's watch fucker,” Cayden Bloodfern said in an uninterested voice. Napabaling ako sakanya. Hindi pa ba cool sakanya ang ganapang 'to?
Mahina kong kinutusan ang sarili ko, the hell Kianna. Malapit ka ng mamatay dahil malapit ng maubos ang dugo mo pero heto ka pa ngayong gaga ka!
I sighed and closed my eyes tightly. I don't want them to get involve into this. Since this one is clearly not my mess — but for now, it's actually mine because the demon is after me.
“Get the hell out of here, I can handle him.” I said to Aria Corliss. But the bitch just throw me her glare.
“Do you think we'll waste our time here and just watch you fighting this motherfucker? Do you even know who we are for you to speak like that Santiago?”
Mabilis na siniko siya ni Savannah Ravena na walang ganang nakatingin sakanya.
“Punishment.” Aria paled of what she heard and immediately looked away. Napatingin ako kay Savannah ng may pagtataka but she did not even bother to throw me a glance.
The demon laughed.“If I couldn't have Santiago in my own way, I'll have him instead as Santiago's replacement.”
Mabilis na nanlaki ang mata ko ng makita ko kung sino ang hawak hawak na niya ngayon.
“T-theo.” I gasped. Ba't nasali siya dito? I thought ang Schatten lang ang andito?
He gulped in he's damn sweaty. “K, I'm so sorry. I'm sorry. Please forgive me..”
I looked at him, full of confusion is pretty visible in my face. What's this all about? What's happening?
The demon laughed again and looked at me mockingly. “So the little Santiago does not know what's going on.. lemme tell you a story honey.. ”
Someone tsked, “Looks like someone wants to be killed in just a blink of an eye huh, ” it must be Cayden freaking Bloodfern.
The demon chuckled once more, seemingly enjoying the scene he have been created.
“Once a upon a time, there was a man who's willing to risk everything just to save his wife's dying state... ” his dark eyes looked straightly at me.
I couldn't help but to tremble. “You took advantage of their situation..” it was almost whisper.
He smirked. “No honey, I didn't. It's not my plan anyways but he beg. He's desperate..”
“Una miel más y te mataré yo mismo.”
Bigla akong kinabahan at nilamig ng marinig ang boses na 'yun. I know that voice. It's El Rey.
Dahan-dahan akong lumingon and with that my vision started to spin. Holy shit, No. I wanted to see El Rey. Just for the last time.
Before I felt myself crash the ground, I felt the strong arms wrapped around me and pulled me for a tight hug. With that, I lose my conciousness.
I WAS woken up with the creepy silence that filled the entire room. Dahan-dahan akong sumandal sa headrest ng kama at mahinang napakapa sa tagiliran ko.
I sighed in relief ng may nakapa akong bondage sa tagiliran ko but I didn't feel any pain anymore though.
Bigla akong nacurious at dahan-dahang binuklas ang bondage para malaman kung anong nangyari sa sugat ko at kagaya nga ng hinala ko biglang naghilom ang sugat ko na wala man lang markang naiwan.
Malakas kong inuntog ang likod ng ulo ko sa headboard ng kama. This ain't new to me anymore. But I was just curious. Sobrang dali na ba talagang magrepair ng cells ko at hindi talaga nag-iiwan ng peklat ha.
Kaagad na nakuha ng isang patay gutom na tulad ko ang pagkain na nasa night stand. It looks yummy and healthy kaya naman naglakas loob akong kunin iyon at kainin.
Napahinto lang ako saglit ng may mapansing note na nakadikit sa platito.

Isinawalang bahala ko nalang ang sulat dahil hindi rin naman ako nakakaintindi ng salitang espanyol. Pero kung ano man ang nakalagay diyan sa note, para sakin man ang pagkain na 'to o hindi kakainin ko parin. Maybe I can pay this food if the owner's going to find it.
I was a bit energized right after I finish the food and the bad thing is I need to pee. Kaya naman ang ginawa ko ay naglakad ako papunta sa banyo ng kwarto at doon nagkaroon ng matinding pagbaha.
Nang nakahinga na ng maluwag I decided to went out to know where the hell on earth am I.
I was super amazed of how exquisite the house was. Sobrang ganda not until I reached the stairs and found out that this house or a mansion to be exact is a four story house. The inside is super duper big.
Ninanamnam ko bawat hakbang ko sa hagdan at hindi ko alam kung ilang minuto akong nagtagal dahil feel na feel kong maging prinsesa ng hindi ko malaman ang dahilan until I felt something strange in my body and I felt like my vision spinned.
Sumakit din ang taenga ko and started to hear screams that's full of agony. Out of sanity, I started to walk into nowhere, then I just saw myself standing infront of a huge golden door. May kung anong pwersa sa loob na nag-uudyok saaking pihitin ang siradura ng pintuan kaya naman iyun ang ginawa ko.
Bigla akong nanlamig ng makita ko ang nasa loob. It's like a torture chamber, it's messy and someone is screaming out loud seeking for help.
Dahil sa panginginig ng katawan ko hindi ko inaasahang napaatras ako and it was a bad move to do dahil ramdam ko ang matigas na bagay sa likod ko.

“I— forgive me if I got myself here, I'll go now.” nagmamadali kong anas but I was being stopped by a hand, a hand that is now encircling around my tiny wrist.
Napatingin ako sa kamay niyang may itim na guwantes hanggang sa dumako ang tingin ko sa ginintuan niyang kapa. Hanggang sa naramdaman ko nalang ang unti-unting pagluwag ng paghawak niya saakin at ang mabilis niyang pagtalikod.
Napaawang ako sa mga labi ko at nang bumalik na sa huwisyo ang utak ko ay mabilis akong tumakbo papalabas ng mansiyon hanggang sa bumungad saakin ang isang masukal na kagubatan. Where the hell on Royal am I?
“You can't escape from here, better be back to the room where you came from Santiago.” it was Aria Corliss' voice. Nilingon ko siya hanggang sa may naalala ako.
“Where's Theo?” she smirked of what I've asked and did not bother to answer the question. Tumalikod na siya habang ako naman ay tinatanaw nalang ang papalayo niyang pigura hanggang sa huminto siya dahilan para kumunot ang noo ko lalo na't nakita ko siyang naging alerto.
Hindi ko alam kung gaano niya kabilis narating ang direksiyon ko at sa isang iglap nalang pinapalibutan na ako ng Schatten. Bigla tuloy ako nakaramdam ng pagkahilo. Shit.
“Fucking bastards, still not yet over huh, let's see if I fuck their brains out of their goddamned heads.” It was Cayden Bloodfern's shitty mouth. Shittier than mine or so I thought.
Hawk Lioncourt chuckled. “Didn't know you fuck heads now a days Cayd.” mabilis na sinamaan siya ng tingin ni Cayden sa narinig at hindi na siya pinansin pa.
“Protect her at all cost this new one is not fucking easy.” it's Frost Laire’s voice this time.
Pinatunog ni Aria ang kamao niya and had this demonic smirk on her lips. “This is fun.”
Mabilis na napaatras ako ng makita ko kung ano ang tinutukoy nila. It was another centaur again but this one is hella way more scary than the first that we've encountered.
Mabilis na sumugod si Aria pero sa hindi inaasahan bigla nalang siyang nabalibag papalayo rito. I let out a loud gasped and then followed by another when Cayden freaking Bloodfern made his way to the centaur and disappeared.
Holy shit.
Then I heard Savannah Ravena cussed for the first time. “How the fuck did that centaur know about our weaknesses Frost?”
I looked at Frost who's now clenching his jaw. “He doesn't. Someone’s behind all of these again.”
“Then we can't fight that demon rather than...” hindi ko na masyadong narinig ang pinag-uusapan nila dahil pakiramdam ko kinakapos na ako ng hininga. Fuck.
“Kianna...”
“Kianna...” pinilit kong idilat ang mata kong papasara na hanggang sa nakita ko ang karumaldumal na pangyayari sa harapan ko. Frost Laire twisted the centaur’s neck with some blood dripping on his fucking mouth.
At dahil doon parang gumaan ang pakiramdam ko at napaubo-ubo pa.
“W-what kind of creatures are you??” kaagad kong tanong kahit nahihirapan pa akong magsalita.
Then I noticed someone at Frost Laire’s back. El Rey.
“What do you think we are Kianna?” .
Napatulala ako sa tanong ni Cayden. “I- I don't know..” wala sa sariling sagot ko. Suddenly El Rey turned his back on us.
“What—what happened to him?” I asked them.
Savannah Ravena shook her head. “Must figure us out first Kianna and then slowly accept us because even if you don't, you can't deny the fact that you're one of us.”
I was looking deeply at Savannah's eyes while she were saying those words until I notice that I passed out.
