I picked up all my kids but the twins I was on my way to get them
I made it to Kayla's house and knocked on the door
She opened it and I never made eye contact with her
"You can come in I gotta get them dress they just got out the bath!" I nodded and walked in the house

It felt good to get that off my chest first real conversation we had in a while and I guess that was the closure I needed and so did she
