(sorry if you cry reading this🥺😭❤️)

Kakyoin placed all of his belongings onto the couch, looking around.

He then took a seat beside his father at the dinner table.

"What's this all about?" He asked.

"Well," his mother started.

"Tell the boy." She sighed.

"Noriaki, just so you know you're not in trouble. This is something entirely different." His father said.

"Oh, okay.." Kakyoin looked down.

He felt very uneasy at that point.

He felt as if something bad were going to happen.

The tension rose, as his father inhaled.

"Noriaki, I found a job." Mr. Kakyoin said.

"A job in the next city." His father exhaled.

It took a minute for Kakyoin to realize what his father just said.

"Wait, so does that mean we're..?" Kakyoin clenched his fists.

He hadn't even noticed that there were things missing from his house.

"Yes, sweetie. We have to move away. We already found a house, too." Mrs. Kakyoin sighed.

"Listen, your mother and I know how much you love it here and we know how much you love Jotaro." His father said.

"But.. this is for you, Noriaki. We believe in you and think that you could make new friends in this new city." His father patted his head.

"We'll be moving next month." His mother sighed.

"But.. Jotaro…" Kakyoin looked down.

He felt his entire world crack and shatter.

The love of his life.

He had to leave the love of his life.

It was all too sudden.

He felt tears well up at the corners of his eyes as he began speaking again.

"I.. I understand. I'll be back later, I need to step outside for a moment…" Kakyoin's voice shook.

As he got up and turned away, the tears that were trapped in his eyes began flowing freely.

He shuddered, a breathy sob escaping his lips.

He took his coat, a pair of sandals, and stepped outside.

As soon as he did that, he began running.

He couldn't tolerate it anymore.

the pure shock from finding out that he had to leave behind someone he cherished the most hurt him more than being alone for 17 years.

Loud sobs escaped him as he ran down the sidewalk.

He zoomed past Jotaro's house, crying like mayhem.

Weirdly enough, Jotaro was taking out the trash when he saw the red-head run past on the sidewalk.

He clearly heard the loud cries that Kakyoin was emitting.

Confused and concerned, he chased after him.

He watched as Kakyoin ran, fading away in the distance.

He ran and ran, leading Jotaro all the way to the park.

"Hey, Noriaki! What happened?!" Jotaro yelled.

He saw Kakyoin stumble onto the floor, covering himself with his arms.

"Kakyoin!" Jotaro ran towards him.

He was completely out of breath.

"What happened? Why are you crying and running away?" The teen knelt down beside the crying red-head.

"Don't touch me!" Kakyoin burst out.

He was hyperventilating and everything.

"Hey, hey. It's only me, Nori." Jotaro gently scooped up the crying red-head, holding him in a hug.

"Did someone hurt you?" Jotaro asked.

"No!" Kakyoin loudly sobbed.

He frantically ran his hands all over Jotaro, feeling the masculine figure in an attempt to calm himself down.

The tall teenager pulled the crying boy into his chest.

"Shh.. I'm here." Jotaro placed a kiss on his forehead.

Kakyoin, however, didn't calm down.

Instead, he cried even harder into Jotaro's chest.

His heart was beating so fast.

Perhaps Jotaro would have to find a way to calm him down.

He lifted Kakyoin's head up, placing a deep kiss on his lips.

That calmed him down a little bit.

"Please, tell me what's going on.." Jotaro ran his hand through Kakyoin's hair.

The air was cold, making Kakyoin's skin freeze but Jotaro's touch warmed and melted him.

"I can't.." The rosy-haired boy choked on his tears.

"I can't tell you," Kakyoin shook his head.

"Yes, yes you can. Let's just go back to my place and talk about it." Jotaro picked him up bridal-style, beginning to walk back home with a crying Kakyoin.

Once they walked in, all the attention poured into Kakyoin.

Why was he crying? What happened?

"Sorry, we need a bit of time." Jotaro said, leading the red-head upstairs.

Once they went into Jotaro's room, Kakyoin began sobbing again.

Pointless and tired crying.

There weren't even tears coming out of his wet eyes.

He was just sobbing.

"Noriaki, please, try to calm yourself." Jotaro gently caressed his face.

"I can't," Kakyoin sobbed.

"Come here." Jotaro pulled the red-head close, laying him down on his bed.

Jotaro then laid down beside him, putting a blanket over him.

"Shhh, I'm here." Jotaro pulled Kakyoin into his chest again.

After a few more minutes of Kakyoin's restless sobbing, he finally calmed down a bit.

"How? How on earth am I going to tell Jotaro?" He thought to himself.

"Are you ready to tell me what happened, Nori?" Jotaro's tone was gentle, just like a koi pond.

Sniffing, Kakyoin nodded his head.

"Would you still love me if.. if I told you?" He asked.

"Yes, of course." Jotaro looked into his eyes.

"I have to leave you. Leave as in move away." Kakyoin's voice was full of pain as it shook with every word he said.

"Move away? Where?" Jotaro asked.

"To the next city." Kakyoin began crying again.

Jotaro froze.

Was he truly going to be left behind like this?

Was Kakyoin truly going to leave?

"Please tell me you're joking, Nori." Jotaro's eyes widened.

"I'm not!" The red-head loudly sobbed.

Jotaro then went silent.

His heart, too, was shattered.

His lips trembled as he inhaled, tears quickly welling up in his eyes.

"This isn't real. This can't be." He whispered to himself.

"But it is.." Kakyoin sobbed.

"No, you can't do this. Please, don't leave me." Tears began flowing out of Jotaro's eyes.

The pain was unbearable.

"I'm so sorry, Jotaro." Kakyoin wrapped his arms around the teen's neck, huddling close to him under the blanket.

A sob slept out of Jotaro's lips as he looked down at Kakyoin, trying to wipe away the tears from his eyes.

"Forgive me, please.." Kakyoin's voice was hoarse from crying so much.

"Don't go," Jotaro buried his face into Kakyoin's neck.

He, too, began sobbing.

The teens cried all night long, holding onto each other.

The pain they felt was horrible.

They loved each other way too much for this to be happening.

At last, came the day Kakyoin was moving.

Everyone was heartbroken.

Especially Jotaro.

They tried to enjoy and fulfill all of their last moments together.

Their kisses were longer, the hugs were longer, and they spent so much more time together in an attempt to make themselves happy from the painful truth.

Jotaro sighed.

The teen went upstairs to the red-head's room to find Kakyoin with a faraway look in his eyes.

As if he had no tears left to cry and no emotion left.

His eyes were heavy and he was tired and heartbroken.

"Nori.." the teen whispered.

"I'm sorry." Kakyoin looked down, sighing.

"Come on, we need to pack your stuff." The teen's voice was gentle.

"I'm coming.." Kakyoin sighed.

As he got up and went to Jotaro, he couldn't help but feel like he wanted to say something to him.

"I don't think you'll like this, but.." Kakyoin spoke.

"We should break up." He said.

Jotaro froze.

Those words sunk into his head.

The teen sighed, placing Kakyoin's bag down.

"I understand where you come from, Kakyoin." Jotaro closed his eyes.

"We wouldn't be able to continue loving each other like the way we did before. I wouldn't be able to hold you, hug you, or kiss you. The only thing I would be capable of is calling or sending letters." Jotaro looked down.

"I.. I'm sorry. You don't have to forgive me, Jotaro." Kakyoin looked down.

"It's okay." Jotaro pulled Kakyoin into a heart-wrenching hug.

The two sighed, tears building up in their eyes.

"If only this moment lasted forever." Kakyoin's voice gently shook.

"I know…" Jotaro pulled away from the hug.

The two boys looked at each other, silent tears running down each other's faces.

Kakyoin lifted his arm, gently caressing Jotaro's face with the back of his hand.

Before anything else was said, Jotaro leaned in, pressing his lips against Kakyoin's in a heartbreaking kiss.

Kakyoin whimpered, more tears running down his cheeks as Jotaro took his hand, pulling him close.

They pulled away from each other's lips and held onto each other as if their lives depended on it.

"We should go." Jotaro ran his hand through Kakyoin's rosy-red hair, placing a kiss on his forehead.

"Yeah." Kakyoin sighed, wiping his tears.

He took his bag and walked down the stairs to see his parents standing by the car.

Everyone else was there too.

Holly stood there, hands clasped together. There was a heartbroken expression on her face.

"I'm here." Kakyoin said, placing his bag in the car.

"The next city is a two hour drive from here. We must get going." Mr. Kakyoin looked at his watch.

"Can I say goodbye?" Kakyoin asked.

"Yes, of course, sweetheart." Mrs. Kakyoin sighed.

The young red-head walked up to Mr. Joestar, shaking the old man's hand.

He hugged the others, his heart getting heavy once again.

Once he reached Holly, he couldn't tolerate it anymore.

Tears began pouring out of his eyes as he looked at her.

He bowed, showing his respects.

When he looked back up, he saw that Holly was crying as well.

Gentle and warm tears, flowing down her face.

She placed her palm on Kakyoin's cheek, looking into his eyes.

"Thank you for loving my son, Noriaki." She gently said.

Those words tore up Kakyoin's heart.

"I'm so sorry, please forgive me, Mrs.
Kujo." Kakyoin felt his tears flow out at an abnormal speed.

"It's okay. We loved having you around, Noriaki." She let go of him and smiled.

Last but not least, saying goodbye to Jotaro.

The red-head approached him, his eyes red from crying.

Jotaro, without saying anything, grabbed Kakyoin's arm and yanked him close.

They hugged, closing their eyes and enjoying the embrace together.

"I've never said this, have I?" Kakyoin spoke.

"Huh? What do you mean, Nori..?" Jotaro asked.

"I love you, Jotaro Kujo. I won't ever stop loving you. I know it sounds cheesy, but that's how I feel." Kakyoin whispered, looking up into his eyes.

"The same goes for me, Noriaki Kakyoin." Jotaro looked down.

"The future has many journeys for you, Nori. And if we ever meet again, I'll hold you like this again." Jotaro whispered.

"Thank you for being there for me, Jotaro." Kakyoin gently closed his eyes, looking up at Jotaro.

They shared one last kiss before Kakyoin went inside the car.

Mr. Kakyoin then started the car, slowly driving away into the distance.

For a second, Jotaro could see Kakyoin sticking his head out of the window and waving goodbye.

Or maybe he was just seeing things because his eyes were too blurry from crying.

That night was the worst for Jotaro Kujo.

He sat alone in a bar, crying and getting drunk.

He felt so clueless and lost.

"Where is he? Where's my Noriaki?" Jotaro let his tears flow freely.

His condition worsened each second.

To make it even worse, "Careless Whisper" by George Michael was playing.

"We could have been so good together.we could have lived This dance forever. But, now who's gonna dance with me? Oh, please stay."

He heard the lyrics flowing into his ears.

"And I'm never gonna dance again, guilty feet have got no rhythm. Though it's easy to pretend, I know you're not a fool."

Jotaro felt his body becoming loose as tears poured from his eyes.

"I should've known better than to cheat a friend and waste the chance that I've been given."

The teen buried his head in his arms.

"So I'm never gonna dance again."

Kakyoin's voice echoed through Jotaro's head like a distant memory.

"The way I danced with you..."

The song faded out, leaving only silence and drunkend crying.

He was going to need to call home for help.

But, deep down, Jotaro knew that Kakyoin was doing the same right now.

Crying for him and missing him.

Fate was most cruel.
