Right after you said that, you looked over to see a tall, skinny boy, with light hair and a beanie standing in the doorway, glaring at you with a flirtatious smile. You must admit, he was pretty hot.
"Who's this?" you ask
"M-my names Ron" he said trying to act like he's not nervous "and who are you?" he asks, returning to his flirtatious side
"y/n" you answered, hiding your smirk
"Where did you guys find her?" he asked looking at Glenn and Denise
"About to get eaten alive a few miles out of the walls" Glenn said "Nicholas saved her" he added
"Ohhhh" he said "well I'm glad you saved her. The world needs a pretty girl like her, especially during this shit"
"Hey, kid. I don't think you'd talk like that around your mom, would ya?" Glenn said
"Depends" he smirked
"Just, watch it." Glenn said chuckling
"Sure thing" he said
"Denise?" you asked
"Yes, sweetie?" she replied
"When am I getting out of here?" you asked
"When you don't need stiches in your leg anymore. It could be a week, more or less" she answered
"Bummer" you said
"When you get out of here, I'll introduce you to other kids our age" Ron steps forward
"And how do you know what age I am?" you spoke with a sly smile
"You look to be about 15, maybe sixteen. Am I right?" he asked
"15" you said
"Ha so I was right" he laughed "Denise, what time is it?"
"4:55"
"Oh shoot, I gotta go, see ya later y/n" he said walking out
"Bye" you said
~6 Days Later~
"All set" Denise said handing you a bag "Here's some spare clothes. Oh, and since you're a minor, you can't have your own house yet, so Diana is putting you in Jessie Anderson's house, with Ron. You met him the other day, right?"
"Yeah, can you show me where that is?" you asked
"She can, but I could do it better" Ron said standing in the doorway
"How can you show me a house better than someone else?" you ask
"Because I'm prettier" he said
"Oh, I don't know, Denise here is pretty fine" you say as all three of you giggle
"Go on, y/n, I need to stay here anyways" she says. Ron reaches out his hand and you except. Halfway down the street you pulls your hand out of his gently, because you didn't want people to get the wrong idea.
"This is it. This is my-... our, house" he said. You both walked inside, and he introduced you to Jessie
"Mom, this is y/n. Denise said she's staying with us?" he questioned
"Yes, hi sweetheart. I'm Jessie. Ron, show her to her room and introduce her to Sam for me?" she asked
"Sure, come on y/n" he said leading you up the stairs into a light blue room with a full size bed, a dresser, a random door, which you assumed was the closet, and a desk with a mirror on it and a fluffy white chair.
"Woah" was all you could say
"Get settled in while I go get Sam, then we can go meet up with the other kids" he said. You nodded as you sat your bag down and opened the closet door to reveal a full wardrobe.
"Oh my gosh" you said pulling out a comfortable looking sweatshirt.
You put it back and walk over to the dresser and opened the first drawer, there were only 4. This drawer had jean shorts in it. The next had comfortable shorts and pajama pants, the third had skirts, and the last had jeans. You walked to the bag that Denise gave you, and pulled out some cute pairs of underwear, and some bras. She must've checked your size because everything was right, though you had no idea how.
Ron walked in and you quickly put your undergarments back in the bag.
"Sam, this is y/n. y/n, this is Sam" he said
"Hi" Sam said quietly
"Hey, kid" you said smiling ruffling his hair
"Sooo, wanna go meet the others?" Ron asked
"Yeah, just let me change real quick" you said
Ron walked out with Sam and shut the door. You got into the closet and pulled out an off shoulder top, then some ripped jean shorts from the dresser. You put on some socks you also found in the bag. You slipped on the black, tie-up combat boots you already had, and went downstairs to find Ron standing at the front door waiting for you.
"Ready?" he asked looking you up and down
"Ready" you said
You both walked out the door as he led you down the street. You walked into some grass and saw a boy and a girl sitting together reading comic books.
"You guys, this is y/n. She's new here" Ron said
The brown haired boy looked up at you. Once you saw his icy blue eyes you couldn't help but stare
"Hey" he said standing up, putting his hand out for you to shake. You grabbed it gently but he squeezed and shook it "I'm Carl" he said
