Amanda's P.O.V.
The next day, I was about to go to the studio to record my duet with Paul. Two days in a row, I managed to get a song done in one day! Before getting into my car, I hear a female voice calling for me. "Amanda!!" The voice said. I turn around, and coming towards me is my best friend, Jade Stevens.
"Hey, Jade!" I said. "How's my favorite singer doing?" Asked Jade. "Great! I'm on my way to the studio to meet Paul so we can record our duet." I said. "You're doing a duet? That's awesome!" Jade said. "I'm really excited about it!" I said. "Good luck, girl. And tell Paul I said hi." Said Jade. "I will. Thanks, Jade." I said. "Anytime, Amanda." Jade said. I get into my car and began driving to the studio. Once I got there, I saw Paul outside talking to his bandmates. I walk over to them and greet them with a smile.
"Good morning, boys." I said. "There's my girl, looking beautiful as always!" Said Paul. "Good morning, Amanda." Said John. "What brings you here today?" Asked George. "Well, I was here yesterday as well." I said. "Oh yeah! I remember Paul saying he saw you recording a song when he was gonna get some air!" Said Ringo. "I'm here today because Paul helped me write another song and we're recording it together." I said. "Wow! We can't wait to hear it!" John said. "When you guys are done your recording sessions, feel free to stop by to watch Paul and I do our duet." I said. "We will do that." George said.
All five of us entered the studio. Paul and I gave each other a quick kiss on the lips before going our separate ways.
Paul's P.O.V.
We spent about an hour going over more of our songs. Even though I focused on my work, I couldn't help but think about Amanda. I was really looking forward to recording our duet.
Anyway, enough daydreaming. There's this one song that the lads and I are working on at the moment. It's called It Won't Be Long. John is doing the lead vocals for this one while I sing backup with George.

After we got done with the song, I checked my watch. "Perfect timing, mates! It's now time for me to record with Amanda for our duet." I said. "Lead the way, Paulie!" Said John. So the four of us went to where Amanda was working. When we got there, she was recording another song she might've written recently.

We applauded for Amanda after she finished singing. She turned around and saw us standing behind her. "Oh! Hey, boys!" She said. "How long ago did you write that one?" I asked. "I wrote it a few weeks ago. I just never had time to record it though." Said Amanda. "It sounded very good, though." Ringo said. "Thanks, Ringo. So, Paul, are you ready for our duet?" Amanda asked. "I was born ready!" I said. So I grabbed a pair of headphones as Amanda and I got ready to record our duet.

John, George, and Ringo applauded for us after we finished. "That was very well written!" Said George. "You two should definitely perform that song live someday!" Said John. "That's not a bad idea." Said Amanda.
Amanda's P.O.V.
I drove home from the studio a little while later and found my dad and Chloe watering the flowers. They turned in my direction after they heard my car door slam. "Welcome home, Amanda! I hope you had a pleasant day in the studio!" Said my dad. "Very pleasant, thank you." I said. "Did you record anything new today?" Asked Chloe. "I'm glad you asked. Paul and I recorded a duet!" I said. "A duet?" My dad asked. "Indeed. We wrote the song last night when Paul came over." I said. "Sweet!" Chloe said.
After talking about my day, I helped my dad and Chloe take care of the plants. Minutes later, I heard the phone ring from inside. I ran in to pick it up.
"Hello?"
"Amanda?" The voice said. "Yeah, who's this?" I asked. "It's Paul." Said the voice. "Oh! Hi, Paul! What's going on?" I asked. "Are you busy tonight?" Asked Paul. "No, why?" I asked. "Well, I wanted to ask you if you'd like to go out with me later." Paul said. "I'd love to. Where would you like to go?" I asked. "How does a late night walk in the park sound?" Asked Paul. "Sounds romantic!" I said. "Great! I'll pick you up at 7:30." Paul said. "You got it, Paulie!" I said. "Alright, love. I'll see you later." Said Paul. "Later." I said. I hung up the phone and headed back outside to my dad and Chloe.
"Who was that, honey?" Asked my dad. "It was Paul. He wants to take me out later tonight." I said. "On a date?" Asked Chloe. "Not necessarily. We're just gonna go for a walk in the park." I said. "Ah, young love! You know, when your mother and I were dating, we used to go for walks all the time." My dad said. "I miss her." I said. "I do too." Chloe said. "So do I. But at least she'll always be with us in here." Said my dad as he puts his hand on his chest. I nod at his words.
A little while later, I change into some fresh, clean clothes for when Paul and I go out later. I then sat on my bed and picked up my sketchbook to do some drawing for the time being.
