Adaijah walks in her apartment kitchens, after a long day of work that she refuse to quit, and fans recognizing her and stopping her pictures.
Her roommate/ best friend Kiana was already in there making herself a bowl of cereal. Her back turned to Adaijah.
Adaijah let's out a small sigh, signaling Kiana she was there and from also having a long day.
Kiana turns around, taking in her best friends presence. A smile appears to her face.
"There's my favorite bitch." Kiana said, picking up her bowl of cereal. "By the way you sighed, I'll say a lot of fan girls appeared at work." She said taking of spoonful of lucky charms to her mouth.
"And what's worst, they didn't even buy anything. My boss is really on my ass about that and it's really irritating."
"Well here's a great idea... why not quit and save yourself the trouble of being fired." Kiana said, in a sarcastic tone. I give her a fake smile, to match her tone.
"Extra money, and plus I don't have to stay in the house all the time, like you." I said. She rolls her eyes at my smart remark.
"I'm not even slightly offended by those words, and the YouTube checks are enough, I'm surprise we are still in his crappy ass apartment."
"We should save that money for really important things." Adaijah said.
"We have enough money in our bank accounts to feed half the homeless in LA, and still buy a fucking mansion." Kiana said, setting her bowl of cereal down, in the sink, that I'm going to have to clean later.
"That might be true, but knowing you we'll be broke in less than twenty-four hours." Kiana lets out a dramatic scoff, knowing that I'm telling the truth
Adaijah opens the refrigerator to see that it was nearly empty with a bunch of soda cans and a bottle of ketchup and mustard and other little things that she won't make anything out of.
"Kiana, I thought I told you to go food shopping two days ago, what's the point of me leaving ten-million text if you not going to read them." Adaijah groaned, closing the refrigerator door with a slight slam.
Her stomach growling of hunger. "About that." Kiana started as Adaijah gives her a death stare. "Something came up, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity." She said.
Adaijah raise her eyebrow in suspension. She decided to not ask questions. Instead she rolls her eyes as her stomach continues to growl.
"If you want something done, you'll have to do it yourself." Adaijah grabs her car keys from the coat rack at the front door.
Before Adaijah can open the door, the sound of Kiana's voice stops here. "Adaijah!" Kiana screamed from the kitchen.
Kiana then appears from the corner with a empty milk carton in her hand. "Make sure to get milk." She said reminding Adaijah.
"I hate you." Adaijah replies exiting her shared apartment.

Adaijah scans through the aisles trying to make sure she gets things that are eatable for her and Kiana.
She eventually makes it to the meat and vegetables aisle. Adaijah was looking at pork chops to make sure they were good enough.
Adaijah then felt a tap on her thigh and looked down to see a little girl that was just the cutest. She had long curly hair, pretty brown eyes, and was wearing a turquoise and white dress.
She bent down to the little girl's level, so we are talking face to face. "Hi, there cutie, are you lost?" Adaijah said, to the little girl.
She looked about four or five. She stared at Adaijah, almost in admiration, almost like she was studying my features. She gives the little girl a bright smile.
"I was with my daddy, and now I can't find him." She gives Adaijah this sad look, and she couldn't help but feel so bad for her.
It's scary losing your parents in big public places at a very young age.
"Don't you worry your pretty little head, we'll find your daddy and get you back to him safely." Adaijah stands back up to her regular height. She offer the little girl her hand and she gladly takes it. "What's your name, sweetheart." Adaijah asked, the lost girl.
"My names Aaliyah." The girl answered.
"That's a beautiful name, mine is Adaijah." Adaijah tried her best to make sure the little girl wasn't scared and was comfortable.
"I like your name, better than mine." Aaliyah admitted. The nineteen year old stares at the little girl and woos in her head about how cute she is.
"I love your name, it's really pretty." Adaijah tells the little girl. The two girls start walking around, looking for Aaliyah's father.
"You're really pretty." Aaliyah tells Adaijah.
"Not as cute as you."
The little girl blushes, letting out a cute giggle. "Thank you, my daddy tells me that all the time."
"Well your father is a really smart man, with great eye sight." The little girls giggling continues.
Being around Aaliyah made Adaijah realized how much she loves kids. She was the most precious thing ever and her giggles were so cute. She really wants kids but it's not her time yet.
"Tell me Aaliyah, do you know what your daddy is wearing, so it will be easier to spot him." Adaijah asked.
"He's really tall, blonde dreads, thick eyebrows, small hoop earrings, he's wearing a black shirt, and black skinny jeans, and tattoos." Aaliyah said, as she perfectly describes her father appearance.
Adaijah was impressed by the little girls description and how detailed it was. It was clear that she was really smart and observant.
"That makes things really easy then." Adaijah watches as the Aaliyah scans everything in the aisle they walk down.
How her eyes how shine brighter, as she would look up at her. "Do you have a boyfriend." Aaliyah asked. The question came from nowhere, surprising Adaijah a bit.
"No, I'm very single." Adaijah answers truthfully. That seemed to bring an even brighter smile to Aaliyah face.
"My dad is single too. He hasn't been on date in five years, because he's terrified of heartbreak, every since my mom left." Aaliyah says, pouring her heart to a welcoming stranger.
Adaijah couldn't help but to feel bad for Aaliyah and her family. How could someone abandon a sweet angel like this little girl. It absolutely broke her heart.
"My mommy left five years ago and never came back, she didn't love me so she gave me to my daddy and ran away." The sad tone in Aaliyah's voice, made Adaijah want to cry for her.
She couldn't possibly wrap her head around someone running away from their own child, making them feel like a burden and unwanted.
"No, Aaliyah I bet she loved you, she probably just didn't know how to take care of you." Adaijah reassured the little girl, bending down to her height again.
"Either way, I hate her, she broke my daddy's heart, and my daddy is nice and funny and really cool and she didn't deserve him." She said, Adaijah gives the girl a smile, that she returned.
"You are a warrior princess."
"Thank you, I've never been called a warrior princess." Aaliyah giggled. She wraps her arms around Adaijah in a hug, that caught her off guard.
Once Adaijah was aware she wrapped her arms around the little girl.
"You are the best stranger I've ever met." Aaliyah said to the adult women in front of her, letting go of the hug.
"Your the best warrior princess, I've ever met." They both smile at each other. Somehow Aaliyah was really growing on Adaijah in such little time.
"Now let's continue looking for your father." Adaijah stands back and and Aaliyah automatically connects their hands together.
Aaliyah hums a soft lullaby to herself as we walk from aisle to aisle, still no sign of her father around. I started to worry that maybe her father abandoned her too.
"Attention shoppers! There is a little girl wondering around the grocery store. She has long curly hair, brown eyes, she's wearing a white and turquoise dress, with white shoes, and goes by the name Aaliyah. If anyone spots her please escort her to cashier one, where her father is waiting for her. Thank you, and have a great day." The income turns off and Adaijah looks at Aaliyah.
"Well, Aaliyah let's go to your daddy." She jumps up and down, happily and practically drags me and my cart to cashier one.
Once we get the the cashiers Aaliyah let's go of my hands and runs towards cashier one. "Daddy!" She screamed as she ran.
Zion bent down to greet his daughter and gives her a big ass hug. Adaijah slowly approach them but not interrupting their moment.
"Aaliyah! Oh my god, you scared me, never run off like that. I'm never letting you out of my sight again, I'm so sorry." Zion holds her for dear life, like he was scared to release her.
This moment was really adorable, watching how Zion was so worried about his daughter. "Daddy! I'm ok, Adaijah was watching me this whole time."
Zion picks Aaliyah up and looks at Adaijah, letting her get a clear view of his face, and let me.
Aaliyah description of him was spot on from head to toe. He looked really young though, not that older than Adaijah actually.
"Thank you so much, I don't know what I would do if you didn't find her." He said and Adaijah gives him a genuine smile.
"It was no problem, she's was awesome to hang with, for a while." Aaliyah gives in the man's arms.
"I'm sorry if there was any problems." He spoke, as if he thought that Aaliyah bothered her.
"There wasn't any problem at all, she's really an angel."
"Daddy! Adaijah is single and she's pretty you should ask her out." Aaliyah suggested. Zion's face flushed, as his daughter finished her sentence.
Adaijah let out a chuckle at the little girl who's trying to play matchmaker, she found it cute.
"I'm sorry, she's always doing that." Zion apologized for his daughter behavior, which Adaijah found unnecessary.
"Does it ever work."
"No, there's something about being a father at my age, that tends to scare females away." He said, shyly. Adaijah found it really cute how shy he was.
"Not all females." Zion sends a bright smile Adaijah way, which she gladly returned.
The two adults stare at each other for awhile, while Aaliyah looks between the two, with a sly grin on her small chubby face.
"Daddy, ask her out on a date." Aaliyah whispered into her father ear but not successfully as Adaijah heard everything she said.
"I'm pretty sure she has better things to do, princess."
"Actually, I don't." Adaijah said, taking her bottom lip in between her teeth. Zion's eyes widen a little at the female in front of him response.
Adaijah let out a giggle at his reaction. "You know what." Adaijah said, taking out a pen from her purse and grabs Zion's hand and begins writing down her number. "Call me if you want to go on that date." As said as she finished writing the last digits to her number.
Zion stares at his hand trying to memorize the number in case he does something stupid and accidentally lose the number.
"Bye Adaijah." Aaliyah said, in her sweet tone.
"Bye warrior princess."
Aaliyah jumps from her fathers arms to Adaijah's and gives her a big hug. Adaijah wraps her arms around Aaliyah's small body.
Once they separate Aaliyah went right back into Zion's arms. "I'm Zion by the way." Zion introduces himself to Adaijah.
Adaijah thinks Zion was a perfect name that really suited him and was definitely a name she won't forget.
"I'll be expecting that call, Zion." Adaijah then walks away from the two, going back to grocery shopping, and makes her way back home.
