Eating healthy is important to stay fit and strong. You should always have a good breakfast that will leave you full and energised for your day. Here are some ideas to spice up your breakfast time:

1. Banana Pancakes

-2 eggs

- 1 banana

-1/2 cup of oats

-1/4 cup of apple sauce

-1 tsp of vanilla

-1/2 tsp of cinnamon 

--- Blend the oats until ground, add other ingredients. Mix until blended and cook in a buttered pan---


2. Honey Breakfast bowl

-1 cup of greek yogurt

- 1/2 tablespoon pure honey

-1/4 cup of granola

-1/2 banana sliced

---Place the greek yogurt in a bowl and drizzle honey and sprinkle granola and honey on top---


3. Chocolate smoothie bowl

- 2 frozen bananas

-1/3 Cup of almond milk

-2 tablespoons of peanut butter

-2 tablespoons of cacao powder for toppings

-1/2 banana sliced

-chocolate granola

-peanut butter to drizzle

-chia seeds

---Add all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. It should be thick. Put it in a bowl and add toppings that you like---
