Shiro Miura, a normal teenager popular in school, a fan of Super Sentai, Kamen Rider, Ultraman, Metal Hero, Garo, Ryukendo, and other Tokusatsu. He decides to buy a new toy version of Kingoher X Kyoryuger and Donbrother. Suddenly he encountered a truck, and he dodged it before the truck hit him again.
Shiro Miura was confused and shocked before he saw it was God, God decide to choose him as the next user of Red & Sixth Sentai. But Shiro doesn't want to add Boomohger since he doesn't like their helmet. He also wants Kaijin, Extra Sentai, and Dark Ranger forms.
God accepts the term, and he changes Shiro with new looks. Shiro changed his name to Gira Ouma, and he was sent to the world of The Owl House. He decides to be an evil King of this world like Gira and decides to find the Kamen Rider user, but he knows that his journey gonna be a surprise.
