I looked beside me"where is Mari" I said as I sat up

I walked to the bathroom to do my hygiene first before I picked out an outfit. When I sat my phone and speaker on the counter I seen Rodney sitting on the toilet lid staring at his phone.
I walked to him and stood between his legs "What's wrong baby"I said

"They emailed me the results"He said
"What results? The dna test"I asked and he nodded

When I got out the shower I went to my suitcase to pick out my swimsuit. I packed hella swimsuits so I didn't kno what color to wear but after sitting there for a while I went with the yellow one
I went back to the bathroom to style my braids and adjust my cover up skirt after I finished I joined everyone downstairs

These go really fast so be aware because if you going fast then turn fast you might flip so avoid that. Other then that y'all are good to go have fun sweetie"She walked off going to another person
I looked at Mari holding her stomach from laughing to hard "Sissy omg look at uncle Eli"She pointed and I looked to where she was pointing only to find Eli jet ski flipped over and him floating like he was dead
"That boy something else huh" I asked her and she agreed with me
"Alright baby you ready" I kissed her cheek and she nodded
"Start off slow please"she said and I nodded
I took off slow riding out far then we sped all the way up all I heard was Mari laughter as our hair blew in the wind. I looked beside me seen Liyah and Kash tryna get my attention and I slowed down
"Everybody got camera time except y'all."Kash said
"How the hell the man can see us all the way out here"I asked and liyah pointed up. I looked up and seen a drone
"The rest of the time is y'alls so rock out"Liyah said as they drove away
"Mari look up and pose on 3" I told her

We started doing all type of cute poses then we rode out as the drone followed us. As I drove Mari was posing and I was smiling at her see that she was happy and enjoying her self
After 2 hours me and Mari was finally done. After the hour Eli paid for was up Mari didn't wanna go so I paid for another hour. Everybody else went back to the bnb take a nap before Liyah's surprise birthday dinner.
Oh did I mention king stayed back with us 🙄
"Sissy that was so fun I gotta tell Trey later" She ranted as we walked the beach

He's been overly affectionate and this shit starting to get irritating because he thinks imma let him out this situation easily but truth be told he on his last straw because I'm over this.

Once we finished our snow cones we went home and I moved my stuff to Mari's room. We took a shower after our shower she took a nap and I stayed up to get ready liyah dinner didn't start till 8 and it was 5.
I walked downstairs and went outside an sat under the big gazebo and put my AirPods in and shuffle my play list.
Give me time to think. The whole king situation been on my mind heavy and I couldn't lie an say it hasn't. I been thinking all day but can't come to a conclusion to what to do. I'm mentally exhausted and I shouldn't be not over a dude not when I have bigger shit to worry about
When I think about us I think about how we both drain each other and it shouldn't be like that we haven't been dating long and that says something. The trust not there, all the lying, being sneaky is draining. The only thing I think is that we need time apart no matter what the dna test say. We need to get ourselves right before we tear each other apart for good.
I felt a tap on my shoulder and I looked and seen liyah and took my AirPods out "Hey babes wyd out here" She sat down
"Nothing thinking and listening to music" I said

I sighed and to her everything from this morning till now

"I'm ok frl. Im not depressed just a little sad but it's something I'll get over and you'll be the first person I call if I feel a slight change. Now stop crying and let's go cause I need a drank or 10" We laughed
"Bitch Ian feeling the liquor tonight " She said and I stopped walking
I side eyed her hard as hell "Bitch how you not gon drink on your birthday trip"

And I walked towards the room I share with Mari

After everybody got seated and settled it was 8:30 we was waiting on liyah but we all know it's not liyah if she not late

Then we started singing happy birthday but yk Eli had to make it extra

Everyone talked and had a good time a smile didn't leave liyah face the whole night

They both start recording while everyone else sat there confused
We both started unwrapping and I looked in then I screamed

I took the little onesie out that had "godmom to be" and turned it around and Everyone started congratulating her

"Alright folks thanks for coming goodbye mommas tired"She said as her and kash walked off
"Welp that's my que night night" I picked up Mari she went to sleep 30 minutes ago
"I'll go lay her down can you just stay out so we can talk"King said taking her from me
"Ok"I said. this might create tension the rest of the trip but it needs to be done
"Good night family"Eli said taking dess hand as she waved with the other
"Don't be next girl" I chuckled as sat down waiting for king
He finally came back and he brought a blanked for me
"I don't wanna hear a apology king I really don't because I'm starting to believe there not genuine so just say what you gotta say" I said
"Can we read the results together first" He asked and I nodded idk why I'm setting my self for a heartache
He went to his email and clicked on we both read it
"Welp congratulations" I looked at him

"It's not just this Rodney we are draining each other cant you see that. We steady argue, we don't trust each, the questioning every time one of us goes out. I'm tired of waking up worrying if you out doing shit you don't have no business doing.
