After Killing all the Corrupt Governors in the New York Park Izuku then went to all of the Ports in US and kills all of the criminals and villains without a seconds thoughts heroes were trying to stop him but in the end they either get themselves hurt, killed or afraid of him, etc. so the the heroes from all around the US are now in for a man hunt every state has their own top 10 heroes and there the ones who will be taking on Izuku but if you are not one of the top 10 call the top heroes and flee on site but some didn't listen and they intend to to stop Death That's what people call him since his been leaving dead bodies of either Criminals , villains or heroes.
Now we can see Izuku at top of the building at xxxxxxxxx Hotel the most luxuries hotel in the entire US and a few people can enter this place and people who are rich by rich I mean Saudi Arabia Rich, people who work at the Government, Politicians and most important one of the Top 15 heroes in the world. This place will be the last place they will go since the security here is ridiculous good that people who are trespass here or steal something from the hotel can get a life sentence in prison with no Trial it may seem unfair but money can make you do anything, which why this is the perfect place to be here as Izuku looks down and see every people coming inside the hotel and by the looks of all the people are nothing but corrupted people how does he know this he got every Villains and fake heroes to tell him about this place and it says that most of the Top crime bosses go here, kingpins and most corrupted heroes and government are staying in this disgusting place but he needs one person to interrogate about the new drugs the boost the quirk and erasing it temporary he read the file of the his target

At the hotel there is a party going on and all of the people are now at the center of the hotel where there's a banquet party courtesy of Roland Clegg and the Mayor of LA and there are about 1,000 of VIPs, 500 dirty cops/securities and 100 heroes patrolling the area reason for this party is because Roland decided to open a new shipping port in London it took a lot of bribing to open the place but he manage to get it done without a problem except losing other peoples job who work at the old port.
Suddenly the lights were turned of and one light is shining down at the center of the stage as the people clap and saw the Mayor walking towards the podium as he waves at the crowd

Then everyone started clapping even the heroes who are on guard as he stands on the podium

He then looks at the USB, as he his hunt on a new prey begins now
