"So, you" Aneysa takes a glance back at Ethan before looking forward again, "your name?"

"My name is Ethan. I-uh.. I'm Tuk and Tiana's classmate" Ethan felt slightly intimidated.

"I see. Surprised Tuk has invited a classmate over to her house" Aneysa says.

"Actually, we were hoping to come to yours" Tuk says.

"Mine?" Aneysa asks.

"Please? Aneysa? It's just.. we're meant to be studying and I asked you pick us up because, i was hoping we could come to your place" Tuk says.

Aneysa smirks, "i guess, but have you told your parents?"

"Mother knows" Tuk tells her.

"Very well. My house it is" Aneysa chuckles, "and Tiana. How have you been? I haven't seen you in a while."

"I've been great! Just.. busy with studies. With our exams coming soon, and all" Tiana tells her.

"Right, I know what you mean. Exam season is by far the worst" Aneysa chuckles, "but if you guys are helping each other out then, that's good. I had no one to help me when I went through exam season. Partially because, me and Ao'nung would get bored after three minutes and turn it into a party."

Tiana chuckles, "so you were the life of the party?"

"You could say that" Aneysa shrugs, "and Ethan? You're really here to study?"

"Y-yes?" Ethan stutters.

"You don't really look like the type to study, but.. good on you" Aneysa gives an encouraging nod, "don't give up."

"Ethan was homeschooled" Tiana tells her, "so he wants our help. Mainly Tuk's, considering she does well in all her studies."

"Well, that's good. I'm proud of you all" Aneysa says to them.

Tiana places her hand on her heart, looking at Ethan and Tuk in the back seat, "she's proud of me!" She whispers excitedly.

Aneysa smiles, as she continues to drive.

-

"Well, this is my house. Come in" Aneysa says, as she opens the door for the three kids.

Tiana walks in first, followed by Ethan, before Aneysa pulls Tuk back.

"So do you want to explain why you were so keen on coming over?" Aneysa whispers to her.

"It's just.. you know what father is like about me inviting boys. Even if it's just a friend" Tuk turns to look at her.

"Well, that is true. So, you wanted to come here with that little boyfriend?" Aneysa teases her.

"He's not my boyfriend" Tuk frowns, "he will never be my boyfriend. Ever. I'm just helping him out, that's all."

Aneysa chuckles and shook her head, "right, get in."

Tuk walks in properly, making her way to the sitting room, as Aneysa closes the front door behind her, walking in with them.

-

"So, make yourself comfortable. Whether you want to sit on the floor or the sofa, I do not care. Just don't! And I mean, don't! Get my carpet dirty. Took me hours cleaning up" Aneysa warns them.

Ethan and Tiana both nod.

"I think we should sit on the floor. We can reach the table better that way" Tuk tells them.

Tiana gets on the floor quite comfortably, whilst Ethan looked slighty uncomfortable.

"Ethan. I don't bite" Aneysa chuckles, as she could see he felt frightened.

"Come, sit" Tiana smiles at him, making him sit down in between her and Tuk.

They begin to get their books out, along with pens, and other things that Aneysa could not care about, as she was busy getting herself comfortable.

"So, what would you guys like to eat?" Aneysa asks.

"I'll have whatever you make, Aneysa" Tiana smiles at her.

"Maybe something healthy would be good?" Tuk asks.

Aneysa looked at her puzzled, "you're studying. Not dieting."

"But it helps our brains to focus" Tuk says.

Aneysa looks to Ethan, who looked back at her silently, not knowing what to say.

Aneysa sighs, "right, I'll figure something out."

She walks back out, making her way into the kitchen.

-

Aneysa walks back into the sitting room, holding a tray of snacks, for the three of them.

"Here you are" she puts down cut up strawberries and watermelons, with a choice of maple syrup and chocolate sauce.

Different flavoured cheeses cut up, with breadsticks and crackers.

And mini doughnuts.

"Right, I'll get a start on your food" Aneysa tells them, "this is just to snack on. Don't eat them all, my husbands looking forward to whatever's left, because I'm too tired to make more."

Tiana chuckles, at Aneysa's remark, before Aneysa walks back into the kitchen.

"She seems.. chill" Ethan says quietly.

"Then why are you so nervous?" Tiana asks.

"I'm not sure. She's also quite.."
"Hot? Yeah I see why that'll make you nervous" Tiana chuckles.

"Can we get back to work guys" Tuk sighs at the two of them.

"I was going to say she's also intimidating but sure.. she is beautiful" Ethan says.

"Great. Everyone's crushing on my brothers wife" Tuk rolls her eyes.

"Why? You jealous?" Tiana gives Tuk a cheeky smirk.

"Oh shut up" Tuk chuckles.

"Huh?" Ethan looks at the two of them confused.

Aneysa chuckles as she hears their conversation, "oh, I have to tell Neteyam.

-

Neteyam sat in his office, ready for his break, as he turned on his phone.

To his surprise, Aneysa was already calling.

He smiles, answering the call.

"Missing me already?" He asks her.

"Of course. I'm all alone, without you" she replies.

He hears laughter in the back.

"If you're alone, who's that?" Neteyam asks.

"That is just Tuk and her friends" Aneysa replies.

"Tuk has friends? The last I remember, she only about tolerated that girl, Tiana" Neteyam chuckles.

"Don't be a dick" Aneysa chuckles back, "Tuk is good at making friends. His name is Ethan."

"I'm sorry?" Neteyam sat up in his chair, "Ethan? A boy?"

"Will you relax? They're friends" Aneysa chuckles.

"No no no. We're not allowing Ethan in our house, next to my sister. Get him out" Neteyam says.

"Hey! I'm here, I'm looking after them. Stop going crazy" Aneysa chuckles, "Ethan isn't the boy to do anything bad. He can't even tell me what he wants to eat. Or the fact that he thinks I'm beautiful."

"What?" He let out a scoff.

"It's fine, he's a child. We've heard Tiana say the same thing every time" Aneysa can't help but laugh at her husbands reaction.

Neytiri walks into Neteyam's office.

"Look, I've gotta go. Look after them, and keep an eye out for that.. gremlin" Neteyam says.

Aneysa chuckles, "you're like a child."

"I am. I love you" Neteyam says to her.

"I love you too" Aneysa replies.

She blows him a kiss through the phone, before turning it off.

"I see you spend your breaks talking to your wife" Neytiri chuckles.

"Of course. We spend our breaks together so when she's not here, I have to call her" Neteyam replies.

Neytiri takes a seat opposite him, on the other side of his desk.

"How is she?" Neytiri asks.

"She's great" Neteyam replies, "and how is Efe? Speaking at all?"

"Actually, I managed to get two words out of him" Neytiri says, "which is why im moving him to my facility to make him my official patient."

Neteyam looked at his mother concerned.

She passes him a piece of paper, "I told him to draw something. It's better I show you."

Neteyam holds up the piece of paper.

A drawing of him alone in the house with another woman. Knowing it was not a drawing of his mother, as his mother was drawn outside the house.

"Who is this woman meant to be?" Neteyam asks.

"His nanny" Neytiri replied.

Neteyam then squints his eyes, noticing that Efe had drawn a pool of blood below him. And then two letters above the house.

'Help me.'

"Oh Jesus" Neteyam muttered, horrified by the drawing, and then looks up to his mother, "do his parents know?"

"Well, that's what the police will be investigating. My job is to take Efe and look after him, for the time being" Neytiri says.

"Oh, I see.." Neteyam was taken back, not knowing what to say.

"You should thank Aneysa" Neytiri tells him, "thank her, for me."

Neteyam nods slowly, "I will."

-

Aneysa had returned home, after dropping of Tuk and her friends, to their own house.

She walks in, with a sigh, feeling tired, and wondering when Neteyam would come home.

Not knowing that Neteyam had already returned.

"Hey" she hears him call, as he walks out the siting room.

"You're home" her face lightens up, as she sees him, but she could see that he felt slightly.. down.

"What's wrong?" She asks, walking towards him, her face now concerned.

"Nothing" he gives her a soft smile, "it's just been a long day a work. And we should probably talk.. about it all."

She nods, "well of course, if you want to talk about it we will talk about it."

He pulls her closer, hugging her tightly, "I missed you" Neteyam whispered, his hand resting behind her head."

"I missed you too" she replies, hugging him back.

They stayed together like that for a while.

Neteyam not wanting to let go, whilst Aneysa knew and could feel just how much he needed this hug.

When the door bell suddenly rang.

Aneysa looks back, "who could it be at this time? Are we expecting someone?"

"Not that I know of" Neteyam replied, slowly letting go of her waist.

He walks ahead of her, whilst she walks behind.

Neteyam opens the door to a young girl, who looked similar in age to Tuk.

She was stood at their doorstep, with a suitcase in her hand.

"Can we help you, kid?" Neteyam asks.

"My mother dropped me off here" she says, and then looks to Aneysa, "I'm Orla. Kavin's step-daughter."
