The sounds of vehicles so early in the morning woke Soobin up, he looks over his alarm to realize it's still 5:23AM , he usually gets up around 6AM so he still had time to sleep some more, the sounds of vehicles didn't stop though, as he was slowly closing his eyes about to fall asleep he heard a beep out of nowhere, it frightened him, he groaned in disbelief rubbing his face
" So early in the morning ?!? "
Soobin rubs his eyes and yawns, he was still feeling sleepy so he decided he wouldn't get up until 6AM
After staring at the wall for some time with the vehicles beeping he finally fell asleep then after a few minutes another beep came, it annoyed him so much that he wanted to grab a knife and kill himself with it so that he could sleep forever with noone disturbing him
While Soobin was in his hateful thoughts, he suddenly heard a notification from Instagram
" Who's up this early ? " Was his clock broken or what? Everything happening was too early to be happening, he thought to himself
He wandered his hand around the bed to find his phone, only to realize it was in his desk all along
" What did I do to deserve this ? "
He got up to see what the notification was all about, it was from the gc. Taehyun,Chaewon and Kai were talking about how they had no classes today, immediately Soobin's face lit up as he red the conversation
" Thank you !! Thank you !! "
he smiled and quickly went to his bed, he hugged his pillow and covered himself in his sheets, he then sighed happily and went back to sleep.
When Soobin finally woke up, it was around 8 in the morning, his mother informed him last night that she would leave for work earlier than usual today so he has to make breakfast for himself
Before he got up to go to the bathroom, he grabbed his phone and scrolled through Instagram. After a while of scrolling, he saw one of Chaewon's posts

Soobin yawned, his stomach then proceeded to growle like he never ate in months, he then decided to take a shower first before eating breakfast. He stood up and opens the drawers where you could find his clothes, he took the black sweatpants that he had for over a million of years and a grey shirt that was given to him on Christmas, he then took his towel and went to the bathroom to get ready for the day.
Soobin is done showering, his towel is hanged around his neck as he's patting his face with it, he then grabs his phone and scrolls through Instagram to open some messages he got from some friends
Suddenly, his mother called him
" Soobin !!, hurry up and eat !! "
" Okay omma !! " He replied
He hanged his towel, charged his phone and finally went downstairs where you could see his mother typing something in her computer on the kitchen table. Soobin was happy that his mother was present even though she wasn't paying attention to him since she was busy with something
" Good morning mom " Soobin smiled and hugged his mother
" Good morning " His mother smiled and replied back in a gentle tone
" How come you guys don't have classes today ? " Soobin's mother asked in another gentle sweet tone
" I'm not sure " Soobin said as he poured coffee in a drink
" You dont know ? How'd you know you guys don't have classes today though " Soobin's mom asked again another question while he was preparing his breakfast
" Chaewon and Beomgyu were talking about it " He replied as he sat down to eat
" You better be sure "
Soobin chuckled as he took a sip of his coffee " I'm sure mom "
Soobin is done eating, he washes the dishes, cleans the table and heads to his room to do some homework before he lays in bed scrolling through his phone. After a few hours, he's finally done with the assignments so he thought to text his favorite Hyung

Yeonjun wasn't able to respond to the message even after a few hours and it made Soobin overthink
But after a few hours, Yeonjun responded and told him that his mother just took his phone after finding out he got detention for the first time
He was now in the fountain Chaewon told him to meet her at, while waiting he talked with Yeonjun about the outfit he picked and asked if it was okay
" Hey Soobin " Chaewon greeted Soobin, looks like Soobin was too busy to notice that Chaewon was approaching him
" Oh hello Chaewon "
" Your hat looks new ? " Soobin was always good at noticing details
" Oh, Yeonjun Oppa gave it to me before I left... I never wore it
before "
" You and Yeonjun seem close, anyways what did you want to tell me ? "
" Well ... " Chaewon said as she sat on the bench beside the fountain

Soobin expected that but he still had hope and now his hope was once again fake , his heart shattered into pieces, he couldn't believe the truth,he wanted to walk away that moment but it would be disrespectful of him, all he was felt sadness but he still smiled like it was nothing.
" I only see you as a friend " She continued, making it more worse
" I'm very sorry Soobin "
Soobin smiled as he touched her cheek and said " It's fine, atleast you told the truth "
He removed his hand and stood up, he then said" Thank you for taking me on a park date "
Chaewon looked at him slowly walking away, she then gulps and suddenly calls out to him
" Soobin ! — I have something else to say " Soobin was about to burst into tears but he stopped as soon as Chaewon called out to him
" What is it ? " Soobin said softly as he approached her, he then sat beside her again
She gulps again, she apologizes to Soobin while bowing before saying something that will change Soobin's whole life
" I'm inlove with Yeonjun Oppa "
Soobin's life flashed before his eyes, what ?! he felt sadness, betrayal and even anger, he knew it wasn't his Hyung's fault but why ? Was Yeonjun that handsome that he made Chaewon fall for him ? Did Yeonjun know all along ?! He felt weak
" Please don't be mad, I know you guys are good friends "
" I'm not " he smiled Soobin was spacing out, looking depressed that moment but he still responded to Chaewon gently
" I'm gonna go now " He stood up
" Wait ! I wan — " Chaewon grabbed his hand, she wanted them to spend time together, as friends of course
" It's fine, I'm not in the mood " As he lets her hand go
Soobin then walked away leaving Chaewon regretful of what she did, she thought maybe it wasn't the time but her friends told her that she needed to get it off her chest
Soobin didn't head home immediately though, guess what he did. He walked to Taehyun's house since it wasn't far, and no, they didn't drink,they're not allowed to do that yet,and told Taehyun about it, supringsingly he didn't release a single tear, he was strong enough to handle it.
He knocked on the door and went straight to the coach, Taehyun gets surprised and asked him what happened, he then gathers some courage and tells him all about it.
" What ? Seriously ? " Taehyun responded to Soobin telling him
" I know ... I guess I'm not the boy every girl wants "
" C'mon man, don't be so emotional It's just a girl ... Chaewon's not that special " Taehyun said, not thinking about what he said was so stupid
Soobin looked at him in pure disbelief, he then covered his face with his beautiful hands then proceeds to groan, why ? He thought, why me ??, After a few seconds of silence Taehyun says something out of nowhere
" Should I call Kai ?, He comforts better than me "
" Just do whatever you want to do "
Taehyun grabs his phone, scrolls for awhile and then rings Kai
" Yo bro, Soobin is being a heartbroken ass sh— " Taehyun told him the whole story
After Taehyun called Kai, he immediately arrived after a few minutes, he didn't even knock on the door which startled Taehyun, he then hugs his Hyung immediately
" That was quick " Taehyun said
" Hyung, don't be so sad ! You know there are many fishes in the sea "
" Why would he date a fish " Taehyun responded

The door bell rings, the delivery man gives him the bag full of food, Taehyun then thanks him and gives him the payment after that he closes the door and places the bag on the dining table
Taehyun calls the two staying at his room that the food has arrived
" Ice cream "
Soobin's favorite, they sat on the dining table and happily ate what they ordered, Soobin quickly forgot about every sad thing that happened after eating some ice ream
" This always works " Kai said, looking at Soobin putting the small empty container of ice cream on the table

Taehyun then proceeds to say something " When a day comes where he's too heartbroken to even eat ice cream, that is when he really is with his true love "
" I just hope that day never comes " Kai said, laughing
" Me too, being heartbroken is such a sick feeling " Soobin responded
" By the way, I bought two " Taehyun said looking at Soobin's empty ice cream container
" Really ? " Soobin quickly searches for it, his eyes lit up as he sees another one, yehey he thought
