why we are moving

So the house I'm currently in is really old and I think something happen with the underground pipe because my mom said she could smell the dirty water. So then the owner and a couple of other people came to fix it. I don't think they did a very good job because I still kinda smell the water. And because they had moved some stuff little flying bugs came out. And there EVERYWHERE. They would usually come out when someone turned on the lights. But now it doesn't even matter if you turn on the lights or not. Because they STILL come out. It is becoming a very big problem. And all because we didn't call anyone sooner to fix the water problem.
