Sarek and Lani got to see real snow for the first time when Kehau took them down to Dannus Five and they had a lot of fun playing in it Kehau even taught them a few Earthly customs by showing them how to make snow angels and helping them build a snowman.... woman, child and cat for it needed a family so it wouldn't be alone and the cat in "honor" of Grudge.... Saru was shocked when his children appeared before him for he knew they were on the planet with their mother he had his crew search for any sign of her and found that she too had disappeared but not in the same place Georgiou did and he began to worry about her the moment he needed her the most and she's missing! he just hoped she was safe wherever she is.... Kehau finds herself in a strange place one she has never seen before and she has seen just about every place known and unknown the only place she has never been in is a Mirror Universe "interesting!" she whispers to herself as she looks around her she spins when she hears something glass clatter and a woman growl angrily "clumsy bastard!" she rushes over as the woman who spoke stands up and stares down at a groveling Kelpien as she sets her glass of liquid down on the table before her Kehau rushes over to the woman as she asks the Kelpien who stares up at her in fear "did you just spill kuur sauce on my boots?" and the Kelpien begs for forgiveness in a soft frightened tone Kehau grips the woman's wrist as she reaches for the frightened Kelpien and growls darkly as she throws the woman making her hit the wall behind the table she was just sitting at "back off!" the people who were sitting at the table with the woman stand up and get ready to fight "I wouldn't if I were you!" Kehau growls lowly and they sit back down "I think that's the smartest thing you've ever done in your tiny insufficient lives!" Kehau tells them and they narrow their eyes at her "like I'm going to be afraid of you!" she says to those who once again sit at the table "and you stay where you are unless you want to learn how to fly again!" she says to the woman she threw up against the wall who was starting to stand but stays where she is after she hears those words "Kehau!" Kehau hears a familiar voice say with a surprised tone as she turns her attention to the Kelpien who stares at her with fear in his eyes she ignores the man she remembers is her husband even in THIS world and says to the frightened Kelpien with a soft kind tone as she reaches her hand out to him "I won't hurt you!" the Kelpien cautiously takes her hand and she helps him up "I fear the madness has taken you perhaps you should get that checked!" Kehau says to the Mirror Universe's Saru who had walked over as she was helping the Kelpien "the madness has not taken me! I know my own wife!" Saru replies "do I LOOK like your WIFE?!" she asks his eyes widen when he realizes that she looks different than he remembered and he backs away in shock as she helps the Kelpien leave the room.... Kehau takes the Kelpien back to his quarters then allows her curiosity take over and wanders the ship and meets another familiar face once more "Gabriel!" she whispers with a soft surprised tone the man turns around and asks with a curiously raised eyebrow "do I know you!?! certainly I would remember a beauty such as yourself!" she smirks and replies "flattery will get you nowhere with me Lorca! though you may call me Lani and no I do not believe you have ever had the honor before but I have heard quite a bit about you!" he smiles and says "really!?! do tell! what have you heard!?!" she walks over to him and loops her arm through his then tells him a story one even she was surprised she knew for she has never been to Terra Firma before.... Lorca and Kehau watch the dramatic performance that reenacted Georgiou's rise to her throne side by side and Lorca behaved quite well for a man infatuated with the woman sitting by his side he didn't touch nor look at her instead he spoke to her in soft whispers about random things ignoring everything but her for he found her intriguing as well they of course clapped when it had ended... "that's not very smart!" Gabriel hears Kehau whisper as they watch Paul walk towards the Emperor he looks at her curiously then watches as Georgiou stabs Stamets in the neck and his eyes widen at the sight "as we Christen the Charon.... forces have been plotting against our Empire one disloyal individual can destroy everything which we have built everything we will yet become and I will not allow that" Georgiou tells her subjects yes she saw Kehau save the Kelpien and she even sees her in the audience with Lorca but at this very moment "her" Michael is her main "prize" so she focused mainly on her and not on the other betrayer.... Lorca not Kehau.... and just like Kehau she did not understand why a woman she hardly knew was sent to this world/memory as well but as I said she was not worried about her for she surprisingly TRUSTS her and she knew from the stories she has heard around the ship just how close Kehau was/IS to the Lorca she knew.... which is pretty much the same Lorca in some oddly unique way.... so she knew the cyan colored woman could "make him behave".... after she speaks Georgiou walks back to her thrown and Michael stands up out of her chair then shouts as she turns to face her "mother" "long live Georgiou!" the people around her stand and repeat her words "Terra Firma!" Michael shouts as she salutes in her Empire's way "that lipstick does not suit her" Kehau whispers as the people shout "Terra Eterna!" Lorca chuckles softly as Michael turns and walks out of the room Lorca stands to follow but stops when he feels Kehau's hand gently slam on top of his and he smirks softly as he sits back down.... Lorca took Kehau with him as he flew to wherever he wished to go enjoying the fact that she stayed with him and the expression of wonder and on occasion awe at the beauty of the worlds he took her to the only thing he disliked was that his charms didn't work on her that he couldn't get her to love him like he did with Michael who may have been a little too easy but he did love a challenge and the woman at his side was indeed challenging.... there were now two Kehau's in Terra Firma the Kehau that is Saru's wife.... who serves Michael AFTER she was "brought back into the fold".... and the Discovery's Kehau who travels with Lorca to many unknown worlds making him forget for a time what his true plans for the world he wishes to control are... though that is not Kehau's intent she just missed her friend and he is still quite the same man she once knew and yet still different in some ways she also seems to be connected to him as well which makes her wonder if THIS Lorca is the same Lorca who is on the Discovery of HER universe at this time which in turn makes her wonder what he was doing here now with her at this very moment was he there to "keep her company" while she was lost in a universe she knew she didn't belong?! and had no idea why or how she got there her main worry was who was looking after her children for she knew her friends and family maybe too busy to do it themselves.... the Kehau of Terra Firma helps her husband fight the ones who betrayed his Emperor who neither of them were able to save since they were busy with the betrayers....
"Met a Guardian of Forever did you?!" Michael hears Kehau say from behind her after she says goodbye to Georgiou she turns and smiles sadly at her friend then nods "well that explains the "trip"! can't interfere with their "playtime"!" Kehau whispers to herself in a voice so low Michael couldn't hear her the she says out loud "let me guess.... "Carl"?!" Michael chuckles and nods "how original!.... I don't know about you but my toes are FREEZING I think it's time to go home and see if Hugh can make sure they don't fall off!" Kehau teases Michael chuckles with a smile then asks as she loops her arm through Kehau's arm "your toes!?! really!?!" Kehau nods Michael laughs then they beam back aboard the Discovery.... "hey B!.... sorry gotta go see Hugh and make sure my toes are still attached!" Kehau says once she sees Book walk towards her and Michael Michael chuckles as Book looks at Kehau oddly as she bounds away skipping through the halls towards Sickbay "I figured she'd be worried about....!" Book says to Michael with a curious tone "Hugh was the one who watched them before you came along so....!" Michael replies "ah! I see!" Book says then he asks curiously "did she say "make sure my toes are still attached"!?!" Michael nods with a smile as she chuckles softly Book shakes his head with a smile and mutters softly "she sure is a odd one!" Michael replies "yes she is! but we wouldn't survive without her! Saru most of all!" she becomes sad again as she thinks about Georgiou and Book hugs her.... Saru was shocked to find Kehau in his Ready Room watching the distress call from the Kelpien Federation ship he plans on finding as soon as possible he watches as she pats the seat beside her and hears her say softly "they're sleeping so quietly.... not that you're ever loud to begin with!" he smiles and walks over then sits beside her and as they watch the stranger speak the same message over and over again she tells him the story of what happened to her on the planet "when I felt the magnetic pull I sent Lani and Sarek to you for I knew they'd be safe but I....!" she tells him then after a short pause she says "I never DID anything with him!.... well he took me with him as he traveled but I never.... I could never do that to you! to.... us!.... I....!" she stops when she feels him slide his hand over hers and hears him whisper "I know!" she says with a soft chuckle in her tone "I remember how jealous you were of him and how easily he got along with.... people.... he just has this charm that pulls you close to him making you want to be his friend, his lover or even his enemy I was only his friend I was never his lover and shockingly enough I could not imagine him as my enemy!" he replies softly "I know!" she looks up at him then slowly starts to stand but stops when her lips meet his his eyes widen at their familiar soft caress that he has missed more than words can express and his hands reach up and grip the sides of her face "no further we don't want our children to wake up to that kind of nightmare!.... not to mention I do believe the Admiral could "pop" in at anytime and he has yet to pay admission to the show!" she teases softly he looks at her oddly then turns his head and looks at his sleeping children then back at her and a lightbulb goes off in his head and he chuckles shaking his head she smiles then her lips meet his once more.... a few hours later the Discovery heads to the Nebula and Kehau along with her children stand at Saru's side on the Bridge and she guides them towards the ship the Kelpien doctors son is on telling them were they could jump in safely then stumbles to her knees "this planet.... is.... odd!" she whispers breathlessly as Saru jumps up out of the Captain's Chair with a worried expression on his face "I can't....! I can't....! I don't know how to explain it! I've never felt ANYTHING like this before!" she whispers breathlessly as she gently grips Saru's arm and allows him to help her stand and before he heads to his Ready Room to debrief Vance on their findings he takes his wife and children to their quarters to rest yes SHE was the only one affected but he was soon going to be busy so he decided it was best they were in a place he knew they'd be safe he even asked Book to watch over them for him as a extra precaution....
"She's used to seeing us standing by Saru I have a feeling she made need us and not some metal burr!" Kehau tells Book with a playful tone after she informed him that she along with her children were heading to the Bridge he looks at her oddly "Captain's Chair construction glitch apparently all the Captain's touch it for good luck or some nonsense!" she tells him he nods as though saying "ah! I see!" then he follows her and her children out of their quarters, through the hallway, onto the Turbolift then the Bridge with a smile on his face Saru looks at his wife and children in surprise as they walk onto the Bridge "I have rested enough and he worries worse than a mother!" Kehau tells her husband waving her hands at Book who smiles Michael chuckles softly "you all stay safe and come home!" she says softly giving her husband and her friends a hug "Number One you have the conn" Saru says looking at Tilly then he, Michael and Hugh tap their Com Cadges and disappear after a short pause Tilly nervously walks towards the Captain's Chair then feels Kehau cup her shoulder and she relaxes slightly then lets out a short soft chuckle as she watches Kehau and her children walk over to Saru's old controls and take over then says with a smile "Black Alert".... Saru, Hugh and Michael hear Kehau hum from behind them as they each look at their "new selves" in shock "hmm curious!" and they turn to face her Saru's eyes widen when he sees her and his children Kehau walks over to him with a smile on her face and she softly slides her hand across his cheek he closes his eyes at her gentle touch "if you tell me you look hideous so help me Captain I will take you over my knee and spank you!" Kehau jokes Michael and Hugh chuckle Saru's eyebrow raises as she adds looking at their children "and they'll help!" Michael and Hugh burst out laughing "here.... see yourself as you never imagined you would!" Kehau says as she takes a small mirror out of her pocket and hands it to her husband who looks into in with widened eyes "I wonder if he made a world for himself that he has never seen before" Kehau says she takes her husbands hand and says softly "don't worry we'll stay, keep you safe Tilly's doing a fine job just a little nervous and.... we're not really here so....!" Saru nods as he breathes a sigh of relief "there's a malfunctioning Holo-Officer somewhere around here somewhere.... perhaps...." Kehau says "it sees us as part of the program" Michael finishes "let's go see if we can find our lost soul hmm?!" Kehau asks as she gives Saru's hand a gentle squeeze Saru nods then they start walking and find the Holo-Officer and find out that the purpose of the hologram they are in is training but it completely shut down before they could find out what kind then Kehau leads them to where she senses the last living Kelpien aboard the ship.... "there he is.... just remember he's been alone for a long time and.... trapped in this holoprogram for who knows how long.... and just like the computer he may think you are all a part of the holoprogram" Kehau tells them softly as they walk towards a tall shape that was slightly bent and working on something the shape turns and sees four out of the five of them.... Kehau hid her children from his sight.... "what are you doing here? you don't belong here" a Kelpien male asks as he looks at them Saru feels his wife squeeze his hand gently as his eyes meet the Kelpien's he looks down at his wife and his body calms "what program are you from?" the Kelpien asks "um, I realize that our appearance might be confusing to you we are not from any program" Saru replies as his eyes once again meet the Kelpien's Michael, Hugh and Saru jump in surprise and quite possibly fright when the door behind them begins to rattle "I don't understand" the Kelpien says and they turn their attention back to him "I am Saru uh, this is my wife Kehau, and our friends Michael and Hugh we are so relieved to find you uh, we came in response to-- I believe it was your mother's distress call?" Saru starts he only introduced his wife because he knew he was the only one who could see his children.... well maybe Michael and Hugh could but he knew the Kelpien could not.... the door pounds and shakes as though angry once again and the Kelpien seemed afraid of it "where are you from?" he asks "we are from outside outside the program" Saru replies "outside?" the Kelpien whispers and the door opens "he's raised himself with nothing but this holoprogram for company he may...." Kehau whispers "still have the mind of a child" Hugh says softly as the Kelpien says with a frightened tone "you woke the monster" then runs away "it's possible this program reenacts his emotions in a more physical sense I don't believe there's truly any monster if there was we'd sense it.... he's lost Saru in a worse way than we are!.... he's confused, frightened, alone and has the mind and heart of a child probably no older than our own because he's had no one but himself...." Kehau tells her husband "emotionally he's likely to be fragile we should go slowly, treat this as a First Contact" Hugh adds "yes of course" Saru replies he feels his wife let go of his hand and watches as she and their children walk in the direction the Kelpien ran with slow cautious steps "you two should follow them I'll stay here make sure whatever's in there stays in there" Michael tells Hugh and Saru who nod then follow Kehau cupping Michael's arms as they walk away.... "it's just a holographic program Paul they're fine!" Paul hears Kehau say as though she was right beside him as he listens to the message from Burnham and part of him relaxes for he knew that part of her was with them in her usual way and she would keep them safe "you better believe I will!" she says with a smile and he chuckles softly Adira and Gray who had returned when the crew were celebrating Georgiou's "passing" look at him oddly then Adira smiles for she realizes who Paul was "talking to" Gray looks at the woman he loves oddly then hears Adira whisper to herself "that's our mother!" and he smiles when he finally realizes why Adira is smiling and Paul is acting like a crazy person talking to himself for he knew that Kehau had a "motherly" way about her and that she and her children were as odd as he is in a sense the only difference was she could be seen and he could not and she seemed to have many more abilities that he ever had in more ways than one
