He stirred lying on a cold surface..... his eyes flickered as he heard a soft whisper, "Aunuu....." he desperately tried to open his eyes as he recognized the voice..... one more call, "Aunu.... Aankhein kholiye na...." he opened his eyes finally but again shut them as those silver rays were so unbearable for his eyes..... "Aunu.... Dekhiye... mein... apki Mishti..." he again struggled to adjust his vision and finally opened his eyes....and the first view he got was his Mishti's face leaning on his.... He breathed heavily seeing her face..... he raised his hands to touch her but she backed off immediately... He tried to get up from there and successfully stood up and looked around, he could see nothing, it was all white around, he looked down and seemed like he was standing on the clouds.... And looking a few meters distance away, he could see some golden stairs behind the foggy view...
His eyes fell on a lady's back view wrapped in a white-colored saree with her open traces flowing on her back and it took no time for him to understand who the lady was, he quickly ran and engulfed her from behind and cryingly whispered, "Mishtiii....." she turned her face to him and wiped his tears and said, "aap yahan kyun aaye h pati babu?? Mujhe acha nahi laga ki aap yahan aaye...."
Ani: to mujhe acha laga ki tum yahan aayi?? Vo bhi mujhe chod kr.... Tumne saath jeene marne ka vachan tod diya Bondita.... Pr mein nahi todunga.... Mene apna waada poora kiya.... Tum mujhse pyaar nahi krti thi isliye chod aayi mujhe..... pr mein to karta tha na... isliye tumhaare peeche peeche aa gaya....
Bon: nahi kiya aapne apna waada poora.... aapko yaad h na aapne mujhse uss raat kya waada kiya tha.... maa ka saaya chin gya to aap humaare bachcho ko maa or baap dono ka pyaar denge... na ki unse baap ka saay cheen kr unhe anaath kr denge.... yaad h na aapko??
Ani: to mene tumhe pehle hi warn bhi kiya tha ki esa waad amat mangna jise mein poora hi na kr pau....
Flashback (FROM CHAPTER 19, If you guys remember)
Bon: pati babu..... jo is duniya me aaya h use iss duniya se jaana bhi hoga... ye to prakriti ka niyam h... hena???
Aniruddh glared her understanding where she was going.... but Bondita smiled at him ....
Bon: shanti se baat sunenge meri.... waada kiya h aapne..... pati babu aap mujhse itna pyaar krte h ki mera aapse door jaane ki baat ne hi aapko jhakjhor kr rakh diya..... me bohot khush hu ki aap itna pyaar krte h mujhse.... pr itni bhi lat mat lagaiye meri ki agar kisi din bhagwaan ne mujhe aapse door kr diya to jee hi na paaye...
Anirudh tearfully looked at her and said: to me jeena bhi nahi chahunga tumhaare bina.... agar kisi din bhagwaan ne mujhe dhoka de bhi diya na to samajh lena Anirudh roy chaudhary bhi usi pal is duniya me apni aakhri saans lega....
Bon : aap esa kuch nahi karenge pati babu.... aaj me aapse kuch mangna chahti hu... denge na aap mujhe??
Ani (nodded): jo bhi mango soch samajhkar maangna..... esa kuch mat mangna jo me na de pau....
Bon: aapse ek waada chahiye mujhe.... agar mujhe kuch ho jaaye to aap haar nahi manenge... aap ko jeena hoga pati babu.... aapko samjhna hoga ki aapki zindagi pr sirf aapka hak nahi h... aapko samjhna hoga ki mere jaane ke baad aapko is parivaar ko sambhalna padega.... aapko samajhna hoga ki humaare bacho pr se maa ka saaya hata h to unhe maa or baap dono ka pyaar dena h aapko na ki unse unke baba ko cheenkar unhe anath krna h.... samajh rahe h na aap....
Ani (tears were continuously rolling down his cheeks thinking what if whatever she is saying comes true one day): pr me tumhaare bina nahi reh skta na.... tum bhi to samjho mujhe....
Bon (wiped off his tears): me aapko samajhti hu pati babu.... pr aap shayad bhool rahe h ki aapki Mishti aapke dil me basti h.... jab bhi bhagwaan ne mujhe bulaya to sirf mera shareer is duniya se jaega... me to humesha aapke paas hi rahungi aapke dil me... rahungi na??
Anirudh nodded his head and hugged her tightly...

Bon: Pati babu aap apne shabdon pr khare nahi utar paaye....
He grabbed her shoulders harshly and angrily shouted....
Ani: jab tumne meri nahi suni... to mein kyun sunu?? tumne kaha meri zindagi pr mera hak nahi h.... pr ye nahi kaha tha na ki tum pr mera hak nahi h.... tum par mera tumse zyada hak h.... to mujhse bina pooche mujhe hi chodne ka fesla kese le liya tumne??
Bon: ye fesle mere ya aapke haath me nahi hote pati babu.... ye to dugga maa ki marzi h.... mera samay ho gaya tha.... pr aapka nahi... dugga maa ne mujhe bulaya tha... aapko nahi.... aapki zaroorat h aapke parivaar ko.... humaare bacho ko.... jaiye unke paas.... chale jaiye wapas.....
He left her and took few steps back and shouted.....
Ani: tumhe pta h tum dhokebaaz ho.... jhooti ho..... tumne dhoka diya mujhe..... tumne jhoot kaha mujhse....
Bon (smiled): kese??
Ani: tumne kaha tum mujhse pyaar krti ho.... pr nahi krti tum... tum khudgarz ho.... sirf apne baare mein sochti ho..... mere baare me nahi socha tumne.... ye to pyaar me dhoka dene waali baat kr di na tumne..... or haaann.... kya kaha tha tumne... aap jaiye pati babu.... mein aapse waada krti hoon ki jab apa lautenge to sabse pehle darwaaze pr mein aapka swaagat krne ke liye khadi rahungi..... pr tum nahi thi.... nahi aayi tum.... tum to esi gayi ki dobara laut hi na sako.....
Bon (still smiling at him): mene jhoot nahi kaha tha.... na waad toda... waad kiya tha ki aapka swaagat krne ke liye mein darwaaze pr milungi... to mein mili na.... wahi to thi mein.... aur sabse nazar bhi aapki mujh pr hi padi.... bas fark itna tha ki meri aankhein band thi.... par waad poora kiya mene.... ab aap bhi kijiye..... jaiye waapas..... Bondita ka bulawa aa gaya h.....
She took few steps back towards those golden stairs and he yelled.....
Ani: tum esa nahi kr sakti..... nahi kar sakti tum Bonditaaa..... I hate you.... I hate you..... I hate you to my core..... tumne mujhse mera pyaar cheen liya.... meri Mishti cheen li.... I hate you so very much......
Bondita waved her hands at him smiling continuously, taking her steps back and emerging in that smoke...... and softly said, "aapki Mishti aapse bohot pyaar karti h pati babu.... mujhse nafrat mat krna kabhi.... or bachcho ka dhyaan rakhna.... bhagwaan ne chaha to me for aungi.....aapki Mishti aegi aapke paas..... shotii...."
As she was disappearing in that white smoke.... he panicked and ran to her but she was going far from him...
Ani (shouted panicking) : nahi nahi nahi... nahi please...... mat jao mujhe chod kr.... Mishtiii.... Bonditaa..... Mishtiii suno.....
But she didn't listen and disappeared in that smoke and only one sentence was continuously echoing in that whole place..."chale jaiye waapas pati babu.... mein waapas aungi.... aap chale jaiye...."
He breathed heavily listening to the continuously echoing words around him.... he shouted, "nahiiiiiiiii....." covering his ears from his palms.........As her figure disappeared completely, he could only whisper, "Mishti" before collapsing again on the floor.....
