De k-stilinski-

It had been a week since the incident at the sheriff's station, and since then there has been growing tension between everyone. Matt was found dead, and it had nothing to do with the blonde vampire, he had apparently 'drowned' which Sage thought was a load of bull because the water barely reached her ankle. Everyone was ignoring each other, well except for Stiles, Lydia, and Sage- but the buzz-cut human hadn't spoken to his bestfriend that much, Scott was in his own world at the moment which was understandable.

And then there was Allison.

Her mum had died the night of Lydia's party which wasn't a shock to Sage, she knew that the hunter was bit and once a hunter is bit they have to take their own life before they turn. Sage thought it was fucking stupid, especially seeing as Veronica Argent wasn't a hunter by blood. The vampire didn't really feel all that bad that the woman had died, but Allison was one of her bestfriends and the girl had lost her mother. But at the end of the day, Allison needed to realise that no one killed her mother, it was the Argent code that killed her.

The one positive thing that did come out of that night was that the sheriff had gotten his title back, and rightfully so. If he didn't soon, Sage might have compelled the whole of Beacon Hills.

Sage had been texting Lydia back and forth, the strawberry blonde had tried to distance herself from the blonde but Sage was not having it. The Martin girl was still rattled with anxiety from what happened at her birthday party, she realised she had drugged everyone and the girl couldn't feel any more guilty but she was even more guilty when she realised what drugging everyone had led to.

Lydia had successfully resurrected Peter Hale.

The strawberry-blonde had told her guardian and to say Sage was pissed would be an understatement, she wasn't mad at the girl- she was fuming with the previous alpha. The man had been tormenting and haunting Lydia to use her for his own bidding and when Sage got his hands on him, there wouldn't be any remains for another resurrection.

Sage's attention moved to Stiles as he came out of the guidance counsellor's office, the vampire sent the boy a small smile. Stiles had told the girl that after everything, his dad wanted him to see Miss Morell once a week because his anxiety had gotten worse.

"What are you doing here?" He asked as she grabbed her bag and stood up.

"Well, that's a stupid question Stiles." The boy just smiled sheepishly at the blonde, Stiles knew that Sage would have been there for him if he had told her but he wanted to try and keep this a secret. He hated how fragile he was feeling, how the anxiety was beginning to take over him, but he was also so grateful that she was there.

"Thank you," Sage smiled at the boy giving him a soft kiss on the cheek until a small frown fell on her face. Sage didn't like keeping secrets from Stiles and the one that was bubbling up inside her right now was that a certain ex alpha was alive.

"Can we talk?" The boy's eyes widen in shock, that was never a good sentence to hear from a girl that your seeing, wait, were they seeing each other? Maybe that's what she wants to talk about.

"Oh God, okay--yeah let--let's talk. I'm not sweating, nope not at all." Stiles gulped as Sage led him to an empty classroom. Sage pulled herself up onto a desk after she locked the door, the teenage boy couldn't help but feel nervous, not only was he nervous about what she wanted to talk to him but the vampire couldn't look more beautiful. Her skirt had risen slightly as she sat perched on the table and he couldn't help that his gaze lingered on her thighs.

"Stiles?"

"Yeah..."

Sage frowned at the boy, "It's nothing bad, you don't have to be nervous." She told him, she could feel how nervous he was and it wasn't helping his anxiety. Stiles sighed out a soft okay while he pulled out a chair in front of her.

"Peter's alive." She said causing the boy's eyes to widen, "What? How?" He asked and she quickly told him how Lydia did it, the boy was asking her a lot of questions but she didn't know the exact answer to them. Especially how Lydia was able to do what she did, the vampire knew from since Lydia hadn't turned when Peter bit her she was already something supernatural but now it was certain.

The room had been quiet for a while, Sage had looked over at the Stlinski boy who was fidgeting in his seat. She could tell that there was something on his mind that was causing his nerves to bubble, the blonde had gently called his name while beckoning him to come towards her. Stiles huffed out a shaky breath as he walked closer to her, Sage sighed as he still stood a few inches away from her so she pulled him so he was standing in between her legs.

"What's going on with you? Your anxiety is through the roof." Stiles stared into her eyes causing him to ease up a little, it was now or never.

"Apart from us being soulmates, we've uh-- kissed a few times and I just wanted to know-- if you wanted to uh- to uh, make us official?" Sage blinked at the boys rambling, she shouldn't have been shocked really, her and Stiles acted like a half-ass couple. They kissed and Sage spent more time sleeping in Stiles' bed than her own, and there was the big thing that the two were actual soulmates, the vampire hadn't had a real relationship in years, she didn't know if she was scared or nervous. Maybe a bit of both, but it made her feel... giddy.

"Oh crap." Stiles' eyes widened from her lack of response, "Do you not want to, oh gosh, did I just ruin this? Are we just platonic soulmates, cause I can work with that you know-"

"Stiles."

"Yeah?"

"Shut up." The boy looked like a kicked puppy until the blonde pulled him in for a kiss, a kiss that set off fireworks- no matter how cheesy it sounds. That's exactly what it did.

Stiles quickly returned the kiss, not knowing exactly where to put his hands the boy just rested them on her knees that were covered by her boots. Sage wrapped her legs around the boys waist pulling him closer to her, Stiles let out a slight groan from the impact but after feeling Sage's tongue ask for permission the buzz-cut human felt nothing but confidence as their tongues met.

Sage's fingers had been gently caressing the back of the boys neck while Stiles' hands gently but nervously moved from her boots to her bare legs. Sage moaned into the boy's mouth but she could feel the veins underneath her eyes start to show, the vampire had pulled away from the boy slowly trying not to startle him as she composed herself.

"You okay?" Stiles asked the blonde softly, the girl just nodded at him and smiled at him softly. She didn't want to scare him, she was still trying to figure out why she always wanted to sink her fangs into Stiles' neck, she didn't know if it was a good idea to be official especially if she was going to be out of control around him but she wanted nothing more than to be his girlfriend.

....

Fuck it.

"I would love to be officially official Stiles." Sage couldn't hide her smile from how Stiles' face went from shocked to happy in a split second.

"Really?!" Sage nodded causing the boy to pump his fist in the air, he couldn't believe it, this amazing and beautiful girl officially wanted to be his.

It couldn't get better than this.

"You really think ignoring me was a good idea, Martin?" Lydia yelped from the sudden appearance of her bestfriend, she wasn't ignoring the vampire per se, she just didn't know how to look her in the eye after everything. She knew that Sage and the others didn't blame her but she was still coming to terms that she brought back the man that tormented her back to life and maybe hiding from her bestfriend was a good way to face that.

"I-I wasn't ignoring you," Lydia said wincing a little from the look on her guardian's face,

"Okay maybe I was but I was just coming to terms with things you know. A--and I guess maybe not seeing you would help me but God it didn't. I guess I need you to help me get through whatever is going on with me, Sage... I don't think I can do this alone." The blonde frowned softly at her best friend, she didn't ever want Lydia to feel like she had to do things all on her own.

Sage placed her hands on the girl's shoulder causing green to meet blue, "Your not alone anymore Lyds, you never were. Whether you want me around for you to cry in my arms, laugh or to just be there, Lyds I will be there. I'm not going anywhere." Sage said softly at the girl, Lydia hated crying but she thought now was the right time to, her eyes weld up as she embraced her bestfriend.

Lydia had never had anyone before, yeah she was the popular girl and she was Jackson's girlfriend but she never really had anyone. She was never her real self, but then when the blonde vampire stepped into town everything changed. She changed, and she didn't hate it.

Sage walked down from the bleachers looking for Stiles- her boyfriend.

God, it was something the blonde had to get used to but she didn't hate it. She wanted to be there for him on the bench because he was always on his own but the girl was surprised when the Stilinksi boy rushed to her with news.

"I'm playing!" He said making her eyes widen, "You're playing?!?" She asked excitement lacing her tone, the boy nodded at her matching her enthusiasm as she quickly him into her arms. She was so happy for him, she knew that her human would shine out on the field and she couldn't wait.

"I'm playing." He said and she let out a happy laugh, "Oh my god! I'm actually playing?!" Sage nodded at the boy before pecking his cheek and wishing him good luck, Stiles blushed at the girl but quickly ran off to the field after hearing the whistle. Sage smiled at the boy's clumsiness but it flattened when she noticed number 37 on the field.

Jackson was playing.

She didn't like this one bit, her eyes flickered over in search for Scott but she came up short, well that was until she saw him sitting on the bench with a tense posture and furrowed her brows.

Why the hell wasn't he playing?

But her own question was answered when she felt a gaze on her. Her blue eyes scanned the crowd until they fell upon the old goon that was standing off to the side with a dark smirk on his face. Sage had narrowed her eyes at the man before making her way up the bleachers, she couldn't deal with him right now. She wanted to make sure the game went on without a hitch and hopefully, that means Stiles would have his time to show what he's got.

She smiled softly at the Sheriff and Melissa before sitting next to Lydia, the game had started and the ball had quickly fallen into Stiles' net. Sage's eyes widen when another player ploughed right into him causing her blood to boil.

"He's never played before, he's just warming up," Lydia said to her and the Sheriff, she quickly took Sage's hand in hers causing the vampire to ease up a little.

The game carried on with Stiles fumbling to pick the ball up with his stick but was failing. "Ooh, I got it, I got it, I got it. I got it, I got it." Once he did manage to get it, he looked up to get tackled once more

"Oh, he's just a little nervous," Lydia said, glancing at her best friend who looked like she was in pain. "Plenty of time to turn it around." Sage nodded slightly, she was hoping Lydia was right because there was no way she wanted to continue watching him getting hurt.

Another whistle had blown and the Stilinski boy had tried to catch the pass, however, the ball had bounced right off his helmet leaving him in a slight daze. Sage sighed sadly while the rest of them almost looked ashamed since they were there to support him.

Sage had heard another whistle blow and as she looked around her gaze landed on Isaac, she let out a soft sigh knowing that another werewolf was out on the field would put her mind at ease. But the vampire couldn't help but laugh as she watched the Lahey boy repeatedly take out his own players one after another, but she soon realised that he was trying to get Scott out onto the field. With no more backup players, Coach would have no choice but to play the young werewolf.

Shit quickly took a turn as Jackson ran right into him, Gerrad must have figured out what they were doing because Isaac suddenly was unable to move. Melissa quickly excused herself to go and speak to her son while Sage's eyes quickly fell upon the Stilinski boy, she could sense how down he was and she hated it.

The game quickly started back up, the vampire's gaze switched between Jackson and Gerrad but her eyes almost fell out of her head once she was the ball roll right in front of Stiles' feet. Everyone on the field was confused as to where the ball had gone, so the human had taken his chance and picked it up slowly before lightly treading towards the goal.

Sage was hanging off her seat as the rest of the players started to chase down Stiles, she could hear his screaming but the boy immediately froze as he reached the goal, she kept whispering for him to shoot it, Coach shouted for him to, his dad did but Stiles still stood there frozen.

The vampire clenched her fists, watching as the other players were beginning to get closer and Stiles still seemed to be unsure of what to do.

"Shoot it!" She yelled and it seemed to snap him out of his shock as he shot the ball and made the goal, bringing up the score. Stiles blinked in shock, hearing the crowds cheer. "I scored a goal?" He muttered in disbelief that quickly switched to excitement. "I scored a goal! I scored a goal!" He yelled happily, everyone cheered along with him but Sage was cheering the loudest, the smile that he had on his face lit her up and she loved every second of it.

The clock kept ticking down but Stiles was on fire, every time he got the ball he made goal after goal, everyone was on their feet cheering for number 24.

The game was coming to an end as Stiles made one more goal taking Beacon Hills in the lead, the crowds cheering grew louder.

His teammates all cheered for him as they gathered around him but his brown eyes shone with pride and happiness as they landed on Sage. She was smiling at him, clapping for his success, Stiles was used to the blondes smiles but this one felt different, he didn't know what it was but he didn't care. He had won for his team and he had won the girl of his dreams.

Nothing got better than this.

The ref had blew the whistle signalling the end of the game and the win for Beacon Hills, "We won!"Lydia beamed, jumping up and down in the stands but Sage didn't pay her any mind, her gaze was on the love of her life, the boy who had just won, the boy who had believed in himself.

But then, one by one the lights of the stadium had begun shutting off leaving the crowd in darkness. Everyone began to panic, Sage had grabbed Lydia and Noah's arms keeping them close to her, but the blonde was also torn, she wanted to go and get Stiles but she couldn't leave them here.

However she felt herself panic when she smelt the familiar scent of blood, but before she could run down onto the field the lights had turned back on. Sage had felt her blood run cold from the pain she was feeling through the bond, Lydia had cried out in agony from seeing her ex-boyfriend lying dead on the field.

Lydia had rushed off to him, Melissa was trying to make quick work on reviving him but nothing was happening. Sage had heard the conversation between Scott and Isaac saying that he had done it to himself, she didn't understand what Gerrad was playing at—

She didn't know what it was at first but her body ran cold as she stepped onto the field, it felt like something was missing and as her gaze ran along the field she realised what- or rather who it was. And from the sound of the Sherrif's voice, she realised she was right.

"Where's Stiles!? Where the hell is my son?!"

Sage stood there with fear and anger in her veins, that was his plan all along. It was the perfect distraction and she was so mad at herself that she never saw it coming, but the old man's days were up.

Sage had an Argent to kill.
