During an argument I am someone who would not show my anger and I usually don't speak out to avoid further conflicts. I am someone who stays quiet and then has a monologue going on inside my mind. It gets chaotic no doubt. It is difficult to manage. At that time I need my space. I need that short time to calm my mind. Maybe a song or two or just a few tears. I tend to avoid speaking out because my anger comes out as tears. I guess I'm sensitive. I don't see tears as a sign of weakness but I feel sad knowing that because of my tears I don't put out my opinion on something much.
To channelize my emotions I write down thoughts which randomly come to my mind like I'm doing now. This is how I help myself. I am working on it. Hopefully I will get there soon :)
p.s People who are reading this - In my everyday notes I wanted to talk about emotions which you may resonate at some point. I don't want to put out a perfect picture of myself.
