Tw - panic attack, peer pressure
Channel(s) - Karl, Chris, Chandler, Jimmy, Sapnap.
This is based off of the stream where Karl gets a tattoo just instead of the other guys, Chris, chandler, Jimmy and Sapnap are gonna be there.

Karl's pov
I knew it was coming before it even happened. The anxious feeling in my belly could not be layed to rest even once the words tumbled off of Chandler's tongue.
"Karl's gotta get a tattoo!" He exclaims and my eyes widen.
I'm absolutely terrified of this. The pain, the ink, the actual thing used for it. I have the lowest pain tolerance ever, I will cry. It's gonna be embarrassing if I cry on stream!
"C'mon Karl, whatcha gonna get?" Jimmy asks, them knowing I'm nervous for this.
I then quickly explain I'm just gonna get two dots on a part of my hand as eyes since I always draw them on there for a little face. It's the least amount of tattoo I can possible get.
"Go on Karl, it's not that bad I promise!" Sapnap exclaims, being the loudest he has all stream.
"Ugh, I don't want to!" I say, trying to laugh it off. My anxiety gets worse the minute I sit on the stool. Every little touch and word makes my heart beat faster.
My hands are beyond shaky, I've had the outline drawn on by pen and I quickly moved my hands back in to my lap to hide the shakiness but now I've also got a nervous pee wanting to come out.
"I have to pee!" I complain and they look between eachother.
"This won't take long, you can pee after so stop stalling and get on with it!" Chandler says with an evil smile and I whine, pushing my hands down in to my lap and not wanting to move them.
"Just put you hand here for me" the tattoo guy says softly, holding up the tattoo gun as he get it sorted out. My heart literally races in my chest and my lungs restrict, butterflies going crazy in my stomach.
I then realise I'm holding my breath and try to relax, letting a breath out and trying to breathe back in but being caught off guard by the struggle. My lungs feel tight and like they can't expand to let air in.
I stand up quickly, the stool falling over as my breaths become louder and more panicked. Each one is shallow and quick, my eyes watering as I begin to pace, not waiting to have this tattoo.
"Hey man, what's going on?" Chris asks, being the first to look over in concern.
"I.. pah.. panic.. attack.." I wheeze out between shallow breaths, my head spinning.
"Karl, I need you to focus on me!" Sapnap exclaims, his voice seeming calm and soothing.
"Sa.. Sap.. nap?" I say breathlessly and he hums.
"Yeah, I'm right here buddy" he says softly. "Can I touch you or will that be too sensually overwhelming?" He asks softly and I shake my head.
"Y-.. you.. can touch.. me" I stammer out, running a hand through my messy hair.
"Okay, I need you to focus on me and your breathing. Just try for me okay, just try to breath in nice and deep through your nose" Sapnap says softly, gently pulling me in to a loving hug. "That's it, good.. you're doing so good Karl" he says softly as I manage to breath slightly deeper through my nose.
He helps me out, doing breathing techniques with me. I taught him them a few months back cause I had a panic attack whilst we were talking cause I though someone was trying to break in to my house when really it was just my brother getting home from the store.
"You're doing amazing, you're fine okay.. you don't need to do this, you don't have to.. always remember that" Sapnap says softly, gently pressing his forehead against mine.
I keep my arms wrapped around his neck, wanting to stay close to him because I feel like it'll get bad again if I move away.
"You're okay.. I promise you Karl.." he says softly, keeping a hand on my waist.
"I'm scared.. I don't want it.." I say shakily and Sapnap gently rubs my side.
"I know, you don't need to.. I can get one, I'm not bothered. You don't need to be scared anymore, I'm right here" Sapnap says softly, continuing to hug me.
"I don't want you to have to get one cause I won't" I say softly and Sapnap laughs softly.
"Hey, why don't we get matching tattoos, I'll get mine on the opposite hand and it'll look super cute" he exclaims and I raise an eyebrow.
"You'll be by my side right?" I ask softly and he nods.
"I'll be right by your side, I can even hold your right hand since you're getting on your left and I'm getting it on my right" he says and I perk up at the idea of holding his hand through this.
"O-okay.." I stutter out cautiously.
"You can back at before the ink goes on but once it starts Karl.. there's no going back, don't feel like you have to do this" Sapnap says softly and I nod slowly.
"I'll do it with you by my side" I say softly and Sapnap smiles, gently placing a kiss to my temples before going over to the tattoo guy. He sits the stool back up and sits me down on it.
"Let me get my chair button" he says softly, tapping my noise as he makes a boop noise before going off to get his stool.
He comes back and sits besides me, instantly letting me hold his hand as a comfort thing.
"We okay, are you sure you want this?" The guy asks and I nod my head. "And you?" He ask Sapnap and he hums.
"It's not my first.. I got one in highschool, I'll just go simple and match with Karl" he says softly and I nod, listening along.
Soon enough my tattoo is over with and Sapnap wipes my tears before his is done. Once they're both done, we compare tattoos and then he kisses the top of my head.
"I'm so unbelievably proud of you" Sapnap says and I smile proudly up at him.
"I'm so honking glad that's over!" I exclaim, looking at my hand as it's now numb where the tattoo is.
"I'll buy you a treat once we're done with this, you were really brave Karl" Sapnap says softly, petting the top of my head and I smile fondly.
"Oh that was terrifying.. I'm gonna go cry now" I say, jokingly laughing a little and Sapnap just hugs me again.
"You can cry if you need to.. just know you're never alone" he says softly and I hear the boys awe which makes Sapnap get all flustered and stuttery.
"You're adorable Sappy!" I tease, watching him go even redder as he attempts to hide his face from me.
"Hey, didn't you have to pee?" Chris asks and I nervously laugh.
"About that.." I say softly, looking down slightly.
"You didn't!?" Sapnap exclaims and my cheeks flush as I bite my lip. "C'mon" he says softly, grabbing my hand and leading me away from the cameras.
He ties his jacket around my waist before going to our stuff.
"I'm sorry.. I got nervous and when I have a panic attack I forget about my bladder control" I say timidly and he hums.
"It's fine bud, go put these on" Sapnap says softly, throwing me a pair of grey sweat pants.
"Thank you.." I mumble softly before walking off to the bathroom to change, I could go commando but my underwear have started to dry since the accident.
I change and then go back to Sapnap, he puts the dirtied bottoms in the bottom of his bag and smiles up at me.
"Don't worry, I needed to do some washing anyways so I can do yours with mine" Sapnap says and I nod timidly.
We head back to set and I whine at my hands stinging pain. Sapnap smiles before gentle taking my hand and kissing over the irritated area.
"Better?" He asks, looking at my rosy cheeks with a smirk.
"I-I yeah.." I stutter out and he smiles.
"Good" he says softly and we join back to the stream. The boys tease Sapnap on his soft side towards me which makes him all flustered again. How adorable.
