It had been a month and a half now since Alexi was born, Julius and Nick decided to stay with me for the month, it had also been two months since I had gone to work, with what Tom told me, all of the scenes that were left, were of me only, every other scene was done filming. I gave Emma a small smile as I entered the Hogsmeade set.
"Action!"
"Pans, do you mind if I ask you a question?" I asked as Ginny and Hermione walked in front of us while Pansy and I trailed behind. "Yeah, sure" she said casually before pulling me into Gladrags Wizardwear.
"What happened with Greengrass and Bulstrode?" I asked as we started looking for clothes. "Well..." she said as she picked out a crop top, "Keep that down, this instant, that's the ugliest one I have ever seen" I said earning a chuckle from her while the owner cleared his throat.
"When I told her that I like you, she became distant" she replied as we left the shop. "Oh, I'm sorry" I said sadly. "Not your fault" she said linking our arms.
"Hey, let's go to Tomes and Scrolls, I need to buy some parchment" Hermione said and I rolled my eyes. "Really, Mione? It's been a month since school started and you're already out?" I asked and now it was her turn to roll her eyes. "Like you didn't" she replied cockily.
Damn, was she right.
We shopped for cute dresses and outfits. Had lunch and a few drinks. Now, Honeydukes. Yay. I got all sorts of chocolate and sweets I could lay my eyes on. Acid pops, cauldron cakes, chocolate balls, chocolate cauldrons, chocolate frogs, chocolate skeletons, chocolate wands – you get the gist, I love chocolate.
I had a few shopping bags in my hand and another 4 bags from Honeydukes. The girls had theirs as well, but lesser than me. "Wishing I was here?" Draco said from behind me making me jump.
"Oh my God, Draco! What..." Smack "have I..." Another "told you..." Hit "about scaring me..." I said in between as I hit him on his shoulders, dropping all of my bags, while the girls snickered behind me.
"Sorry, sorry, darling" he said picking up half of the bags and I picked up the bags from Honeydukes. "What are you doing here?" I asked as we started heading back to the castle and I saw Astoria and Millicent coming our way. "Well, erm, I-I was here with Zabini and Nott" he said coming up with a lie.
"You're lying"
"Am not"
"Are so" I said and saw Astoria look at my bags, back at me and she eyed my body up and down. She didn't say anything, but her stare was enough to make me return all of the sweets that I bought from Honeydukes. I felt uncomfortable. Her and her long legs and great height and black long luscious locks, no wonder Draco's parents fixed their marriage.
I looked at Draco and he didn't seem to notice her. I sighed and didn't talk the way back.
"Cut! Welcome back, Y/N, let's go to the Great Hall" David said and Emma and I started walking to the set. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Jade and Tom walking as well. I had decided to give up on the idea of love, it doesn't exist for me now. "So, you feeling good?" Emma asked linking our arms.
"Yeah" I lied throwing her a fake smile, one which she wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I had kept my distance from Tom, not totally, I couldn't lose two people at the same time. So, whenever he wanted to hang out with me, I would oblige but I would never ask him for dinners or lunches or anything like that.
Just like I said to him, we were professional actors, the only difference was he wasn't able to recognize that yet. "Hey, so, me and Jade were thinking to keep a small party, would you help me set it up?" Tom asked coming to us, as we reached the Great Hall set. "I don't know, I mean I still need to finish scenes that are apart from you and the others, so, I'm not sure" I quickly lied making him nod.

It was finally February, we were supposed to finish filming for the movie in this month, according to the new schedule. We were almost at the end of the filming as well, so it wouldn't be hard. The last scenes were a bit difficult, Draco and Olivia break up, she's kidnapped, a small war emerges and stuff like that.
(Storyline gist - It has been months since Astoria gave that dirty glare to Olivia, she told the truth to Draco, only he knows, because she didn't want Daphne and Pansy to feel bad that their sister/friend would do this, she stops eating but what she didn't know was she was pregnant and the both of them lose the baby. Now, for the past few weeks, something suspicious has been happening to Olivia, sometimes her cauldron blows up, she trips the stairs of the Astronomy Tower, she gets hit by the 'Sectumsempra' spell in DADA and she fells off of her broom because someone was jinxing it. Eventually Draco breaks up with Olivia but only to save her)
"Action!" David shouted and I looked at the door.
"Hello, darling" Draco said as he entered the hospital wing with food in his hands. I smiled faintly at him and stared back at the ceiling. Draco was also looking bad. He had bags under his eyes, he was spending his nights here, despite my numerous pleas to go back to his dorm, which he clearly didn't listen.
I was on total bed rest, until Christmas. I had planned so much for Draco as it would be 3rd anniversary, but the first one ever that we would celebrate. I wasn't even sure if I was going back home for the holidays.
"I think we need to talk" Draco said out of nowhere. I didn't like where this was going. "Olivia, you know I love you, more than anything, you-"
"No, don't you dare break up with me, Draco Lucius Malfoy" I said sternly but that wasn't going to stop him. "Don't you see? I am the reason all of this is happening" he said standing up. I couldn't even move. I had 7 broken ribs, my legs were fractured, arms as well. Madam Pomfrey's potions weren't helping either.
"We don't even know who is doing this" I said tears threatening to fall down. "We might not, but I sure as hell know that it's happening because of me. I told you, Montgomery, I will die protecting you, I would do anything, but I would never live in a world where you aren't there-"
"Draco-"
"No, don't interrupt me. I made my decision when I came here" he said pointing his finger at me. Ron and Harry arrived when those words left his mouth. "I'm breaking up with you"
Ron and Harry sat down next to me, glaring at Draco. Why weren't they saying anything? "What about 'We'll get through this'?" I said rolling my eyes. "You said you didn't feel like we would. So, here we are, not getting through it" Draco said sadly.
It actually felt like me and Tom were never going to get through now. He has Jade while I'm all alone.
"I love you so much, that I can see you happy with someone else, but-but spending a life where I can't see you every day, no, I can't" he continued closing his eyes.
"It sucks when you know that you need to let go, for someone's betterment, but you can't because you are waiting for that impossible thing to happen. And I waited, I thought that it would happen, I thought your necklace would do some magic, but my waiting caused you more pain. It did me as well, didn't you say that the magic in the necklace only worked when someone loved you unconditionally?" he asked and I stayed silent, staring in front of me.
He was saying his lines but it felt like he was speaking my words.
"Right, it hurts me to know that I don't. It physically hurts, Olivia" he said with eyes full of tears. "Your love doesn't need to be measured with some necklace" I said holding Ron's hand. "I believe you and that is all that should matter" I said finally looking at him.
"Maybe we weren't meant to be" he said the words that I hated. I dreaded to listen to those words, because ever since Draco and I got into a relationship, people had been telling me this. I just never thought... I just never thought Draco would say it.
"Some people are meant to fall in love with each other... but just not meant to be together" he added making me feel like thousands of knives stabbing my heart, over and over again. "No, you're wrong, I think we were meant to be together" I sighed and he turned to leave, "We just did it wrong" I completed and he left. Just like that.
Maybe it was true, maybe me and Tom weren't meant to be together, maybe we were supposed to be best friends only and not fall for each other.
I started bawling like a baby. Harry and Ron hugged me, tried to calm me down. Nothing seemed to work. What Ron said next, struck me. "Sometimes, things need to be let go of. If it's meant to be, you'll find each other again"
"Cut!" David said and I wiped the real tears that I didn't know had started falling from eyes.

"Positions!" David said and I sat next to Timothee, straightening up my outfit.
"Action!"
"So, have I told you how good you look?" Matthew said as we sat down with the trio.
"Quite a few times actually" I giggled but my nostrils filled with a familiar smell and I knew he was standing exactly behind me. I shut my eyes close as I felt a little intimidated by him. I didn't see him walk, but the smell of peppermint and his expensive cologne, made him take control of the whole room.
Suddenly, I forgot everything about my plan and kept praying to Merlin, he wouldn't talk to me. "Olivia" he said softly.
Too late.
It had been ages since I heard my name from his mouth. I looked at Matthew and he was busy talking to Dean, so I turned around and plastered the bitchiest face I could. "What?" I replied rudely.
"Parkinson was looking for you, for all of you, actually. Some of us are playing spin the bottle" he asked looking at the others, diverting their attention on them. "Alright, let's go Matthew" I said taking his hand and left Draco fuming.
"Alright, let's playyyy" a Hufflepuff girl said excitedly, which was new, because, well, all Hufflepuffs are shy and cute at first. "Who wants to go first?" she asked looking at us. Luckily, Matthew said beside me, which meant no kissing him, while Pansy, Draco, Blaise and Theo sat in front of me.
"I'll go" Theo said after some awkward silence. He spun the bottle and after quite a lot of spins, it landed on a Ravenclaw girl, she was cute, totally Theo's type and by the looks of it, they both liked each other as well. It was a short kiss but it kept the both of them blushing hard.
"You go next, Liv" the Hufflepuff girl said and I spun the bottle. I was nervous, what if it landed on Draco, he was sitting right in front of me, and I knew he did it on purpose.
After a couple of spins, it landed on Pansy. I looked up and she was trying to hide her blush. She looked at Draco, for his approval? What the hell? Why does she need his approval? It's not like we are together.
"Come on, Pans', even the others want to play" I said smirking a little. "Y-You don't mind?" she asked and I titled my head just a little. "No, why would I mind? I'm single now. I can kiss whoever I want to" I said looking at Draco. His eyes were all red from anger, his jaw was clenched and his hands curled into fists.
I stood up from my place and adjusted myself in between Draco and Pansy, scooting my butt on Draco's thigh a little. I chuckled and leaned in. I grabbed the back of Pansy's neck, while she cupped my cheek.
Wow, I thought it would be the opposite if we actually kissed out of the circumstance. Not that I imagined or anything..... "Wow" she said when we pulled away. I wiped my lip with the pad of my thumb and said, "Wow, indeed" All the faces of the boys were flushed, they had just seen two girls kissing.
"Cut! Amazing, let's continue the next scene" David said.

Now, this was the scene I was dreading to do. It had to be portrayed with so many emotions, but the scene felt so true to my life. You'll see..
It is February now. Funnily enough, it should be cold, which it was, but not because of the winter, no, it was cold because of the rain. The sky was cloudy, it was thundering. It looked like there was going to be a storm. I still didn't know what was going on because there were Aurors in the castle when suspicious things were happening to me. I wrote Mrs. Malfoy back when she said 'With what's going on', I had no idea about what was going on but she didn't reply to the letter. I asked Hermione, she awkwardly said that nothing was going on. Aurors had already left the premises.
(This is a flashback)

"Now, will you tell me why you did that?" Draco asked as we cuddled in each other's arms in the hospital wing. His hands were tightly wrapped around my body, fearing to let loose.
I sighed and said, "When I saved Snape's life, I took him to the safe house, and it was then that he told me, that I would have to kill Voldemort. Which was what we knew, since our fifth year. There was prophecy which said that I would be the one to kill him"
"You aren't still telling me why" he added and I looked up from his chest. He had tears in his eyes. He didn't look at me. He didn't want me to see him so weak.
"Draco-" I said as I cupped his cheek.
"Why did you do it, darling?" he asked again, but this time, his voice was breaking.
"Snape told me, that when my mother died, I consumed all the powers, but with her death, Voldemort grew weaker, until he was dead. So, when Snape found me, this necklace was glowing. Someway or other, our souls, mine and Voldemort's were tangled together. So, it was like with Harry, except I wasn't a Horcrux. I was him. If he was to die, I had to too" I said and he let his tear drop.
"And the only way he would die, was if I killed him and sacrificed my life as well, which-"
"You did, without even thinking" Draco said sniffling a little.
"Draco, my father killed so many people, so many students lost their lives, because of-"
"Him, not you"
"If I didn't do that, there was still a chance he would come back, with this necklace he still can, that's why I never take it off, even when I take a bath" I said and finally his eyes met mine.
"I can - I cannot bear the thought of losing you, Olivia, not again. I promised you the whole world, all the happiness and yet, here you are-"
"As long as I have you, I have the whole world, love" I said kissing him on the lips.
"I promise you darling, I would never leave you, never. I would protect you, even if it kills me"

He promised, those are the words that always rang in my ears. He would be there for me; he would never leave me. Then why did he? I couldn't help but let the tears fall, which were already covered because I was sitting in the courtyard, getting wet in the rain. I held a picture of us in my hand. It was a shot that Blaise had taken of us at the Yule ball, not near the photo booth but when we were slow dancing.
Draco's hands were on my hips while mine wrapped around his neck. Both of us had our eyes locked at each other. We looked happy, not a care in the world. We were serene. I heard footsteps so I put the picture back into my pocket and looked up. I didn't need to be scared; I was a prefect. If anyone would ask, I would say I was patrolling and took a chance to enjoy the rain.
I couldn't place the person until their hair shined even on such a stormy night. I got up and went to leave, but he grabbed my wrist. "What are you doing out so late?" he sneered in my ear.
That's it.
"Why the hell do you care?" I snapped and jerked my hand away from him. Draco may have seen me at my worst, but this, this was totally different. I was angry and sad, my worst combination. "Why did you do all of that?" I asked again when he didn't reply.
"I don't know what you're talking about" he stated coldly.
"Oh yeah? Well, then let me refresh your memory! I was the one who took your bullshit. I was the one who actually cared for you. About you. You don't see anyone else lining up to be me, to take my position. I was the one who stuck around even when everyone, yes, everyone told me to leave. I was the one who helped those bloody Death Eater followers into the school. I was the one who helped you. I was the one to love you, even when you gave me a plenty of reasons not to-"
At this point, I had already started crying.
"When will you realize that you were nothing but a pawn in my game? Did you actually think, I would be with a filthy half-blood? My father still talks shit about you. My mother being a nice woman, was polite because you were her best friend's daughter. And some daughter? A disgrace. A half-blood. A bloody Gryffindor. A blood traitor. A shame to the Riddle and Montgomery name. I would rather have a rich, pureblood Slytherin marry me than you" he rambled and every word he said, hurt me. Every word of it.
I pursed my lips into a thin line from restraining myself cry. I sighed and looked him in the eye. "One day, many years from now, you'll realize what you did. What you lost. I promise you're going to miss me being there, putting up with you, refusing to give up on you. On us. You're going to regret everything that you did to me, including all the damage that you've caused. And someday, you're going to turn back and I won't be waiting for you any longer, like I used to. You'll miss me, when I become priceless to another"
Maybe this is what I should do. Go away for good...
"Like hell, I would, when will you get it, everything that I did was to get into that tight little pussy-" and with that my hand met his cheek.
I was so frustrated with the truth of the scene, that instead of movie slapping him, I actually slapped him. He thought that I would laugh, but I didn't, I kept the scene running and that's when he realized that I wasn't acting at all.
"All these 3 months, I waited for you. For you to explain why you did all of that. Or apologize. Or tell me that all of it was just some sick prank, or tell me that you still loved me. After what we've been through, I thought we were bigger than this" I completed and ran towards the bridge. I ran and ran until I reached the Forbidden Forest.
"Cut!" the minute David said this, I left the set, went to my trailer. Before Tom could ask me something about the scene, I changed my clothes and headed home.
