The mist faded away From the boys
They stood there in shock

Bucky said walking up to you grabbing your arms

He said shaking you
You blinked

You said looking to Wanda and vision
"I got my powers from the mind stone"
She said walking closer to you
"But yours are different"
She said lifting her hand to touch your temple

She grabbed her head and fell back
"I'm sorry!"
You said walking towards her
"Your powers are blocked"
She said vision helping her up
"Are you alright darling?"
He said lifting her off the ground

Silence fell across the room
Then it was broken by Tony
"Hey y/n when is your birthday?"
He said looking at his phone
"I think it's like this week or something I can't remember"
You said shaking yourself back to reality
"This week?!"
He said gaping his mouth
You nodded
"How old are you?"
He said walking to you
"17"
You said with a stutter
"Well I guess we won't be having alcohol at this party but I still have planning to do"
He said with his thinking face on
"Oh and pepper and Nat need to get you a dress"
You looked at him
"Why?"
You said looking around
"Because"
He said smiling at you

"We should have the party tomorrow night"
He said smiling

Pepper walked into the room
"Nat come on we're taking y/n shopping right now"
She said throwing the keys to Nat
Nat smiled mischievously
She ran up to you and grabbed your arm
"Let's go"
Pepper grabbed your other arm
You turned and looked around frantically

To him and he just smiled and waved you off

Stated pepper entering a store in the mall
"Let's get other things for her room while we're here"
Said Nat looking around the store

Said pepper looking at the dress section
You all searched for hours
And then you finally came across the perfect dress sitting on a mannequin in the corner

You said taking it and showing it to the girls
"It's perfect"
Said both the girls at the same time
"Let's go to the furniture store ice cream then home"
Said pepper as she payed for the dress with Tony's card

You rode in the back seat back to the tower
When you arrived pepper got out of the car followed by Nat then you
"FRIDAY tell all the boys to come down and help with the load"
"Yes ma'am"
All the boys came down
"Where's the stuff all I see is a bag from a dress shop"
Said Clint looking sarcastic
Then came the truck
His mouth gaped open
"Woah"
He said rubbing his eyes
"Have fun with that"
Said Nat patting Clint on the head and heading upstairs with you and pepper
You hid your dress in your closet and went to make dinner for everyone

You finished dinner and called everyone in
"What did you make"

"I made lasagna with Texas toast"
You said pulling it out of the oven

You looked over at Sam who was laughing at Bucky
"Sam go tell everyone dinner is ready"
He looked at you and groaned as well
Bucky smiled at you

Everyone was sat at the table as you were bringing the food to it
You sat down
And before anyone could eat Tony stood up and cleared his throat
"Okay children for the time being we are having someone come and stay with us"
Everyone nodded
"His name is Peter and he will be staying in the room next to y/n's"
You looked up
Loki looked at you
You didn't see it but he did
He looked over at Bucky who also had a concerned face on
"You're putting the new kid next to the girl with ptsd anxiety depression and is scared of everything"
He said looking at Tony then to you to whisper

You shook your head
"That's fair"
You said shrugging
You looked at Bucky
"Yes because we have nowhere else to put him"
"It's fine I'm sure he'll be fine, how old is he?"
You said setting down your glass of water

Tony said sitting back down
You nodded

You heard him in your head and glanced at him

You said rolling your eyes
Not noticing the genuine concern written all over his face
He didn't want you hurt
Well actually he didn't want Peter near you
He felt like Peter would be a nuisance
He didn't want to admit it but the thought of you and Peter killed him
I mean you are both the same age and it bothered him

Everyone finished eating and went to watch tv
While you cleaned up
You made Sam Bucky and Clint help
"Clint get the plates Sam get silverware Bucky wipe down the table and then come to me when you're done"
They all nodded and went to do what they were told
You were cleaning up the utensils you used While cooking
And while picking up the knives one cut your finger
"Oh"
You said looking at your finger
"You okay?"
You heard from behind you
"Yeah yep I'm good"
You saw that you were bleeding a bright pink
You quickly wiped it off and went back to what you were doing
It lingered in the back of your mind Still
Pink blood?
You tried to shake it off
Everyone finished their tasks and you told them they were free
You went to sit in the living room with them
Even Loki sat with you all
You walked in to see no place on the couch and you started for the floor
Than you saw Bucky
"You can sit with me doll"
He said smiling
You smiled back and went and sat with him
You all sat and watched some movie about kids learning to be wizards or something
And you were happy
You felt at home for the first time in 10 years....
