(I typed this when I was taking a moment with the night,it was supposed to be a poem but then idk what happened lol)
I await on the balcony and stare outside
The once bustling town has come to a halt
For this night and many others shall the silence prevail
Eerie creaking of grasshoppers,
Pitter patter of raindrops and shrill voice of nocturnal creatures is all I hear
Yet there is nothing worth or much to see here
No stars,no birds
Just a few bats and red lights in the distant
The engine of a train moving swiftly can be heard
In this ambience I feel so calm yet so insecure? As if someone were observing from the other side
Or perhaps it's my imagination, I'd like to be with someone right now.
I'd kill to see the dim white light kiss their skin as I stare at them, doesn't matter who.
I'd repent over this.
But it doesn't matter right now because the darkness caresses my hair softly.
My moment was short lived as the showers came
