We walked into the baggage area and collected our luggage. My mum hugged me and said
"Don't worry Dot, I'm sure you'll make loads of friends here, and anyway we've got some neighbours that children are around your age so that should help," My mum kisses my forehead like she did when I was a baby, except I wasn't a baby, I was 15 and going into a new high school, a new house, everything in Australia I had to leave behind. This was a new beginning a refresher and I had to make sure of that.
