"i won."

she said prideful.

"nah, van essen."

i refused to

the idea of her

beating me in

a monopoly game.

but really she had won

more than a monopoly game,

she had won my heart.

"i did, bad loser." she said,

throwing the different game

pieces of monopoly at me.

she giggled,

while the small pieces

bounced off my body.

oh what a cute giggle.

"i guess i gotta go back." i say,

laughing along with her.

"nooo, nashty."

she pouted in the cutest way ever.

"i'll see you tomorrow." i smiled.

"maybe so, grier."

she wrapped me up in a tight hug.

i never wanted her

to release me.

i hopped from her balcony

to our tree and

back to my balcony.

"hamilton nash grier,

where have you been?" asked my

mom, welcoming me

to my balcony so politely,

note the sarcasm.

she was so pissed off.

"mom, shhh, no hamilton please.

and, i was over at dina's."

"why are you back so late?"

"we were playing some monopoly."

"alright then, just ask before you leave next time."

"of course i will."

"we're gonna visit your dad soon."

she left the room, quietly.

my dad.

i was going to finally see him again.

and i was not exactly eager.

--------

so eager for next chapter ugh. shall i post it now or when i come back from my trip to 'merica? lysm
