Chapter 8: Love Can't Wait

Sal: "R-really?"

Casey: "Yes, really."

Murr: "Well, how nice of you."

Sal: "Ok. I will."

Casey: "Good. I'll see you all in 4 hours then."

Q & Murr: "Ok, see you."

Casey: "Bye."

Q, Murr, Sal: "Bye Casey."

*They all hang up*

Casey's Wife: "So I figure you called them to meet you over here?"

Casey: "Yeah. They'll be coming over in 4 hours." *sighs*

Casey's Wife: "What's wrong, then?"

Casey: "Joe didn't answer again."

Casey's Wife: "Its ok. At least you got 3 of them coming."

Casey: "Yeah, I guess."

Casey's Wife: "Come here. I know what will cheer you up." *She takes him and kisses him deeply*

*They are interrupted when Casey's phone rings*

Casey's Wife: "Who is it?"

Casey: "It's Joe!"

Casey's Wife: "Well, answer it!"

Casey: "I am, I am!"

*Casey answers the phone*

Casey: "Joe, Hi!"

Joe: "Hi. I'm sorry I didn't answer."

Casey: "Its ok. Don't worry about it."

Joe: "I saw that I missed a group call that you made a few minutes ago."

Casey: "Yes. I called you and the guys. I wanted to tell you all to meet me at my house in about 4 hours."

Joe: "Why though?"

Casey: "I want to apologize to you all in person."

Joe: "Well that's very nice of you. But....is Sal coming?"

Casey: "Yes. All three of them are coming.......Are you?"

Joe: "I don't know If I want to go then if Sal is going to be there."

Casey: "Joe..."

Joe: "Look, I'll think about it, But right now, I don't want to go if Sal is going to be there."

Casey: "But, Joe-"

Joe: "Bye, Casey."

Casey: *sighs* "Bye, Joe. Take care."

Joe: "You too."

*Joe hangs up, so Casey hangs up*

Casey's Wife: "Well?"

Casey: "He doesn't want to be there if Sal is going to be there."

Casey's Wife: "I'm sorry Babe."

Casey: "Its fine, I guess. Now...where were we?"

*She giggles and pulls him to her lips*

3 hours later.......

Sal is sitting on his couch at home thinking about that night with Joe, when he all of a sudden gets a call.
Sal answers the phone without even looking at the caller ID.
