A simple diagnosis

But it boggles my mind

Two options lay at my fingertips

Two medicines t use in the palms of my hands

One patient

Very twisted and ragged

She's sick and needs medicine

But I've no clue which to use

She wants the sweet sugar pills

Flavored like fruit

Thier delicious and brighten her day

Their what she wants

A sweet medicine to to cure her of her torment

She craves this cure

But is it the one she needs?

She's afraid of the cough syrup

Vile and bitter

It fills her mouth and nostrils with its detestable scent

But it could save her life

It's the cure she hates

The cure she fears

With immense healing power

Is it the one she needs?

I'm running out of time

I need to make my diagnosis

But which medicine do I choose?
