some call it runner's high
some flow state
some call it samadhi
some call it being in the zone
some call it in the cut
time is lost in itself
an altered state of being
immersed in oneself
immersed in what is happening
in love with the moment
full involvement
only present
full enjoyment
like pools in sloping levels
water flows freely
cosmic energy flows freely
no rocks block the connections
no introjections
this is flow state
similar as i meditate
in sync with the music made
tapped into abundance
like in a trance
energy through the instruments played
mind waves to the rhythm
just being here
all that there is
momentary bliss
