Chapter 3 - A Wolf?

"Or else what?" I asked.

He smirked. He showed me his pointy sharp teeth.

I screamed and started to run back. And he's following me.

"Don't run little girl. I just want to suck your blood." He said.

I even got me scared. But then...a wolf was running towards me.

A wolf? I thought.

I didn't know what to do, so I ducked down as the wolf attacked the man.

What's going on? I thought. 

I turned around and watch the wolf and the man fought. It was so intense. 

The wolf whimpered and I gasped. 

The man in black suddenly left. I got up and walked up to the wolf. 

It's not dangerous, is it? I thought. 

The wolf whimpered as I got closer. 

Then the wolf looked at me and growled.

"It's okay, I'm not going to hurt you." I said. 

The wolf just growled. 

I looked at his injury and it was bleeding. The wolf got up, carefully. 

We stared at each other for a minute but when I tried to pet it, the wolf pulled away and stepped back. 

"Trust me, I won't hurt you." I said. 

With that, the wolf ran away. 

So fast! I thought. 

And I didn't even say thank the wolf. But the eyes though, it was red at first, but then when I got close to it, it went back to brown. 

Since I'm alone now...I got a little scared again. So I got up on my two feet and ran away. 

Jongin's POV

I went back to the pack, with my bleeding arm with a black eye. And Lay Hyung is healing me. 

"Aish, Jongin. You really need to control your inner wolf." he said.

"Minhae, I tried but that vampire...." I trailed off. 

"At least you attack him, but in front of Hana...isn't she scared?" Lay asked. 

"Now you mention it, she watched the fight." I replied. 

Lay sighed. "Jinja."

I nodded. 

Then my Dad came in. 

"You doing alright?" he asked. 

"Ne." I replied, nodding.  

"Good. Everyone was shocked about what happened today. His men are getting stronger, but I don't know why they're attacking the girl though." Dad said. 

I sighed at that. Lay Hyung was done healing me. 

"It will hurt for a little while. But that black eye of yours, it will fade." he said. 

"Thanks, Hyung." I said. 

"Lay-sshi, Suho wants to see you for something." Dad said. 

Lay nodded and left. 

It's now only me and Dad. 

"You really think she's the one for ya?" Dad suddenly asked. 

"Eh?" I asked. 

Dad chuckled at that. 

"She's your imprint, isn't she?" he asked. 

I blushed and noddded, not making eye contact with him. 

Dad chuckled at again. 

"Well, if she is...I approve her to the wolf family." he said. 

"But Dad, I thought a wolf and human can't be together." I said. 

"True, your mother was human." he said. 

"Was?" I asked. 

Dad nodded. 

"Your mother was human, until she was poisoned by the vampires, that's when I sucked out the posion out of her. And I bit her, which makes her into a wolf." he explained. 

"I...see." I said. 

"But, it was her decision to become a wolf." he said. 

"Because she loves you, right?" I asked. 

"Yeah, and I love her. Even she's not here with us. She's always watching us from above." Dad replied. 

I smiled at that. And I wish I knew my mother. 

"Once you're all healed up, I'll take you to your mother's grave." Dad said. 

I nodded. He smiled and left me alone. 

And I'm starting to think about Hana again. I can't help it. 

All those years, I couldn't stop thinking about her. She's my imprint, a wolf can't help it. 

But what happens if she founds out that I'm a wolf?

Will she be scared of me?

Will she remember that I'm 'Little Wolf'?
